Agreed with everyone. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise right after getting initiated in April of 2009. Still have not received my merchandise or a refund. It is a VERY long story complete with many many many e-mails and phone calls to the company few of which were answered and when they did answer it was usually with one sentence that was rude or did not even address my concerns. I am still to this day trying to reach a resolution regarding this issue and I see hundreds of others dealing with the same problem. This is obviously a legal issue and I don't understand how a company can be taking orders/money and just not sending out the merchandise and getting away with it! I am willing to bet there are hundreds of unfilled orders they have taken the money for….

Greekave.com is totally fraudulent. How is it that they are still allowed to advertise on the web? I want to see them shut down.
I ordered clothes from Greekave. in Nov. of 2009. It has been a nightmare ever since. The cost of the order was taken out of my account. No merchandise was ever sent. No tracking number was given. No response was given to my countless e-mails. The phone is always busy. My family has also written and called this company. This company does not exist. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OUT TO THIS COMPANY! Who knows what they will do with your personal information. All sororities and fraternities should be warned not to order from this site. Your money will be lost forever.

I ordered from this web site 11/23 and have never gotten the merchandise but they did charge my card. SCAM! I sent numerous Emails and left phone messages They do not respond.

i ordered on november 29th. today is january 26th.
my order status says shipped, via FedEx Ground Home Delivery.
the tracking number they send me is ups and no surprise, it doesn't work.
they have the audacity to send customers fake tracking numbers? COME ON!!!!

AGREE with everything that has been said above. SCAM. I ordered from this website and cannot get in contact with customer service. I have not received ANYTHING from them yet, and I ordered two months ago. DO NOT ORDER FROM GREEKAVE.COM!

I have ordered a Custom Greek Lettered Fraternity jacket on 12/14/09, and paid an EXTRA FEE of $15 for the 3-Day Manafacturing option. When i log onto my GREEKAVE.COM account the status still shows as "Manafacturing" to this day (1/12/10).

Not ONLY have they not sent my order yet, but THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS OR PICK UP THEIR COMPANY PHONE!! I have sent THOUSANDS of emails NONSTOP and THEY DO NOT RESPOND and I have called during their business hours and they NEVER PICK UP! A handful of people i know who have ordered from this website also CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Their "about us" section in their website states,
"Time is of essence. When you say that you need merchandise by a specified time, all you need to do is call us to ensure we can meet your time line."
and
"Our mission is customer satisfaction!

TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE, AND I AM NOT SATISFIED.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!
