Placed my order 10 days ago – still hasn鈥檛 even been shipped. Paid 拢4.95 for delivery 鈥榳ithin 4 days鈥? The money has been taken from my account and no product has been sent. I鈥檝e sent emails which have not been replied to. My order was a gift, which now doesn鈥檛 look like it will be arriving on time, if at all. Terrible service

I made an order in July for a personalised wine box for my sister in laws 30th birthday in August. The money has been taken from my bank account, however I am still yet to receive my order. I have tried to contact the company 3 times but am yet to receive a reply, a refund or the product. Appalling service.
