After placing an order for foam filters & Biohome biological filter media, the "one man operation" was more than willing to accept payment for products,that was sent by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, for which I was charged over $10. As usual the post office never delivered my package, The owner of the company never responded to my E-Mails,when I called, the owner said it was not his problem,someone stole the package, But was more than willing to do the order again,about $20. & charge me $45.00 for ups 3 day shipping ? If your in the tropical fish,Marine, or Pond Hobby save your money,use Volcanic rock (readily available & cheaper at garden supplies).the only thing this company(Individual0 is interested in,is making money,could care less about customer service, Save your money go to Ebay or Amazon
