ORDER NUMBER 172870-3631051628 : paid for an order on 2018-01-20. they said delivery will not take longer than 8 weeks. tomorrow 2018-07-20 it will be 7 months and i still have not received the cam-recorder which i ordered and paid for. emails keep bouncing back and when they do reply it is with an automated one.

in one of the email replies they said that my order was delivered on 2017-10-04 while i only ordered the camera in 2018. PLEASE PLEASE do not order anything from them.

I bought Q11 HD DV camera from this site. when i bought product description said camera can record one hour video. But actualy camera record only 20 minutes video.i contacted they gave me toll free number. i called that number but doesnt work. i send mail on customer service but its bounce back. so, after sometimes i send from my other mail id. they give me reply. if u send reply to that mail its do not reply this mail.
so u have to contact them again and u have to explain everything again.

never going to buy anything from this site its nightmare.

These guys SUCK!!! I purchased a heated straightening brush from them and all it did was pull my hair out. I asked for a complete refund as the product was of no use to me and they offered me 50% refund and to keep the brush. I said no thanks I want a full refund as I can't use the brush and I've heard nothing since. I have been emailing them since January and after the first response there has been nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Their customer service sucks.

I put my order and paid in full more than two weeks ago but have not received anything yet. After contacting costumer service and gave them the order number and all relevant information they could not find my order in their records. The funny thing is that I did receive a confirmation email from them that the order was being processed and that the merchandise would arrive in 2-3 weeks, but they could not find anything related to that order. I am giving them one day to respond before I report it to the BBB. I do not recommend doing business with this company at all.

Not at all pleased placed an order 21/01 /18 havnt had an update and PAYED by PayPal tried email them but no email address found not sure what to think other than I've been ripped off !!
