Amazing product for my gym floor. Feel like I am in a real gym. Had an issue with the count (number of tiles in my order) and they responded the same day, no questions asked and made the order right, replacing the underage immediately.

I love my mats! I'm a professional dancer, yoga teacher, and personal trainer and have built a home studio due to covid. The mats are great for all of these activities as they soften the pressure on my joints. 100% recommend.
If you are needing to do pointe work for ballet, it's very possible that you will need to order marley as well.

We ordered the interlocking carpet tiles from Greatmats to cover a cement basement floor. It was easy to install and gives a nice amount of cushioning underfoot. It also created a more soothing room by softening the sound. The carpet tiles shipped quickly and were well packaged. Highly recommended!

Flooring is working out well, and the customer service was really helpful.

Paying through PayPal made it take an extremely long time (4+ minutes) for the order page to reload with an "Order Complete" page. I was quite sure the order would time out. Using the latest version of Firefox and my internet is fine. I'd recommend you look into your order processing server/PayPal connection.

Your order form was hard to figure out. No indication of how to get back to continue shopping. I accidentally clicked something that allowed me to add another color to my order. Then the credit card entry popped up at the very top of the page instead of where I thought it should logically follow after the order.

I wrote a two star review last week because when I ordered the mats I thought they were cut to exact length not random. The owner of great mats called me and explained that they send a little longer just in case the measurements are not exact. I suggested a note on the web site or an option to get exact lengths. I appreciate the fact he took the time to call and I would be remiss in not mentioning the quality of the mats was exceptional. The product is five stars. Just some Upfront confusion on the web site. I take some responsibility about the web site confusion as I was born well before Reagan was president. I hope this clears things up.

The mats are terrific. Well packaged and easily received and opened. Delivery company鈥檚 communication about delivery date and time was poor but local delivery office people were most helpful!

Great customer support (via phone and email)! Two suggestions: 1) more transparency on site as to what is in stock and what is not. It seems like you have multiple products that appear identical (2×2 interlocking rubber floor tile), but are priced differently with some being special order and others not. Please explain the distinctions between them on the site and what is in stock.

#2 would be to add a guide to help me choose what i need based on a set of consultative questions online around use case, purpose, budget, etc. The choices are ovewhelming, and as a DIY homeowner, I'm not familiar with rubber flooring, so some guidance would be helpful on the site.

Getting the mats was the main issue. Ryan, the sales rep, was great.

To be honest, we were somewhat disappointed in this platform kit. We had a difficult time assembling it because the black edge pieces did not always fit into the slots. I wound up turning the whole thing upside down and used a hammer to force the pieces in, but in some cases they are still not fitting well or staying in.

I almost never review anything but I was very impressed with Greatmat's customer service – fast, courteous and helpful.

Received mats much earlier than quoted, shipping was free, and mats seem to be doing well.

So far, this is the most transparent and seamless site for this product I found. I'm looking forward to getting this project done. Thank you.

Definitely not durable enough for dogs. I鈥檓 a BJJ enthusiast and I have a young son not old enough to roll yet. I thought I鈥檇 kill two birds with one stone by getting BJJ mats for his play area (middle of my living room) until he鈥檚 old enough to start training. Admittedly, these would be great for that, but I also have two dogs (60lbs each) that are always going from sleeping on the couch to a full dash to the front door. I had these mats down for only a few hours before they started to look a little shredded. Hopefully, they will hold up better once my dogs鈥?nails are groomed. The damaged caused by my dogs seems to only be superficial. The only real issue will probably be trying to properly sanitize them with little gouges everywhere. I was expecting the tatami surface to be more durable.

However, despite my unintended use of these mats, they seem great for BJJ. I鈥檝e only done some warming up on them so far. They are heavy and firm, but still have adequate give for break falls and general rolling. Footing is excellent with bare feet and the puzzle piece tabs secure very well. These won鈥檛 be coming apart unintentionally.

I鈥檓 also happy that every tile comes with two boarders, including a corner. So, setup was quick and easy, and would only be limited by your imagination.
