Ive been advised by the supplier and distributor of my product that they are no longer supplying the product that i have ordered.
Due to COVID19 Government Health and Safety guidelines, our manufacturing and distribution departments are unable to operate at full capacity. This means they are now, regrettably, unable to fulfil my order. They have cancelled my order and request that i go back to the retailer to claim a refund.
Why did Great little garden advertise the product as in stock when I ordered it back in June when the product wasn鈥檛 available to order. It cost me 拢229 with no way of contacting a customer operator by phone or live chat as their systems are down. Not so great service. I鈥檒l be informing trading standards.

Shocking quality of materials. I'm not sure how long their decking has been sitting around for but delivering split wood covered in mould is totally unacceptable. With a 10 day delivery period I've no choice other than to accept them. Customer service no help at all. AVOID

Ordered 7 different items off their site, in the sale. The day before delivery, 2 days after my order, I received an email telling me that all the items were out of stock and my order was cancelled. If this is the case, then why are these items still being advertised as available on the site?

Before ordering I read the mix of good and bad reviews of GLG and decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Big, big mistake. Almost all the items I ordered from its website in its so-called "sale" turned out – I was informed a few days after my order – to be out of stock. Yes, GLG lists items on its website that are not available. I don't even know exactly which of my items aren't available as GLC just cut-and-paste their so-called apology – the emailer at GLC forgot to delete the placeholder text reading 'xxxxxxx'. Unbelievable.
All this behaviour is grossly disorganised and completely unacceptable from a company that should, at the very least, be able to sync its inventory properly. GLC actually tried to blame its suppliers for its own warehouse shortcomings! Even more pitiful.
If GLG would like me to edit this review I suggest that it either delivers all the items I ordered (order no: GLG18000040051) at the price they offered me, or they waive my delivery fee. I deeply resent paying GLG's costly delivery fee for the two or three tiny items GLC will actually bother to send me.

I ordered some brightly coloured plant pots which were selling at an excellent price. Although they didn't have drainage holes, they were made of a material that makes it easy to punch holes in, using a nail and a hammer and not splitting the base of the pot!
The order arrived quickly and was well protected.

I would prefer no stars but have had to settle for 1.
I took time off to wait in for a delivery which never came. Twice I 鈥榣ive chatted鈥?to their personnel and was told both times that my delivery was with Yodel and was still down for delivery that day. The following day I live chatted again to ask them to check if it was definitely going to be delivered that day as I couldn鈥檛 keep taking time off and was told that my item was discontinued and couldn鈥檛 be delivered. The staff member I spoke to on the phone revealed that it hadn鈥檛 been available when I bought it and they took my money, and they 鈥榝orgot鈥?to inform me that my delivery wasn鈥檛 taking place. When asked why 2 members of staff had lied and told me it was with Yodel there was no answer.
Appalling customer service , will never shop with them again

Rang this company last week, requesting a certain named clematis as a memorial for a friend. My request was handled by someone called Lucy who went to so much trouble to help me and enable me to purchase just what I wanted. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you

Ordered something and it was scheduled for delivery on a specific day. Did not arrive. Had to chase them to find out why. Said it was out of stock – yet they felt no need to tell me there would be no delivery. Now it is still on their website although they said it was out of stock FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR! It is only May. They are still taking money from customers for it.

Really good value for money, ordered a garden mirror which looks lovely and is great quality. However, I would be wary of ordering with them in the future as the courier driver just left the mirror in my front garden which could've easily been stolen as it was on full display to the street and to anyone driving or walking past.

Excellent, quick service and items very well packaged. One of my items was not the one wanted and it was too expensive to return, so I still have an unwanted product. This was because there was not a thorough check of items with details just after placing order, which can be easily done with most on-line retailers.
Apart from that, great products.
