I found greatimi on tiktok, to me it looked like a legit site/company. I was dead wrong, given an estimated 5 days to receive my order I assumed it was a states company. After waiting weeks I liked into it more and everything is from China!! It took 4.5 weeks to get my package only to find EVERYTHING was garbage. Shoes I got I wouldn't of spent $1 on, all the shirts and sweatshirts material was awful! Colors didn't match… It is a complete scam company from China marketing on American socal media. Don't fall for it like I did!! Oh and you can't even return products!!

Just because it was advertised on Tiktok doesn't mean it is an honest and quality standing company. I am trying to get get my money back from greatimi but so far, no luck. DO NOT BUY or ORDER FROM GREATIMI WEBSITE !!!! Everything they show is NOTHING like what they advertise online. I am trying to get the word out so others don't loose money too. Quality is HORRIBLE, size does not represent the U.S. size standards, NO tags on clothing so WHO KNOWS what they are made of, my three shirts have such a strong chemical smell I honestly cannot wear them.
TRY TO ENTER A REVIEW on their website and guess what it won't let you!!!!! GO FIGURE! PLEASE tell everyone not to waste their time or money!!! I already shipped back my 3 shirts but NO REFUND yet and had to pay for shipping again. I learned a good lesson from this order and NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered from TikTok before Christmas and was supposed to receive by Christmas . However, The items I ordered came a week after and only a portion of the order. The items I did receive were horrible and looked nothing like the pictures. They will only respond with email and will do nothing to fix the issue. This company is a joke DO NOT ORDER!! I didn鈥檛 realize it was in China when I ordered so now I will be out a lot more money because I have To pay for shipping cost. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the worst experience I have had with a company.

I ordered 4 things for Christmas from the same website. Nothing I ordered was as advertised. I ordered a knitted sweater that was not knitted or a sweater. It look like a ugly printed housecoat. 2 pair of leggings that were not leggings. And a dress shirt that is a long sleeve tee shirt. It just got here a few days ago and was supposed to be for Christmas. According to their website I ordered in time. Whenever I tried to track the package it would say that it wasn鈥檛 in country yet. I didn鈥檛 even know I was ordering out of country I ordered it off TikTok. I鈥檝e already paid for shipping and now they tell me I have to pay to ship it back when they are the ones who was misleading about the clothing.

I purchased items from Greatimi.com and they falsely advertised multiple savings at the top of their screen. The shopping cart showed both savings in the basket when in reality they gave me the lesser of the 2 savings and are refusing to provide a refund for the obvious false advertisement. In addition if I want to cancel due to this, I will pay 15% of the total order to do so since it is over 24 hours from when I ordered. The only way to communicate with them is by email and they will take up to 48 hours to respond. I regret ever doing business with this scam of a company
