I purchase 4 items, received 3. The most important one I didn鈥檛 receive was a yellow bandage dress. I contacted them numerous times right away because it was for my birthday so I need to know what was going on especially because the order was placed 2 1/2 week in advance. No one in the company cared that I didn鈥檛 receive the yellow bandage dress. No response. We are supporting these small business owners and they care zero if we did not receive the item. It鈥檚 all about the money, will never buy or support them again.
Terrible experience.

If I can give them no stars I would. Please do not buy from them. They stole $150 from me. Oder some things and never received them. It鈥檚 ok though because me and a few otheR people that were scammed out of their money are suing this disgusting ass company.

Never again will I order from them. I have order from this website 4 months ago and have not received any updates or information regarding where my order is. I received a shipping label and have contacted the postal services and they explained that they not received the item from them. The label was only created. Emailed them asking to GIVE ME A FULL REFUND! I will never order anything from them ever again! It isn't right to take people hard earn money at all. At this point I don't even want the item. Just REFUND me my money. No reply's to any emails or answers the phone. This company is a disgrace!

I used to order from Great Glam from around 2012 to 2014. The clothes were nice and very cheap and I always got what I ordered. But a couple years ago, I checked the site and it was totally different; I noticed the prices were way higher, with very little choice. That was so disappointing. I would never order from them again after seeing how the prices have skyrocketed and the clothing are not appealing anymore.

I've ordered a few things from them over the years & it always come on time & quality is good.

Still never received my package it's been three months. I have tried to reach out to the company and one week later still no response.

I purchased a sweater and tights from Showroom Glam 11/18/2019 , I didn鈥檛 receive my order until 12/15/2019 and the tights were not in my order. I emailed the company several times and I have yet to receive an email back. This online company is a scam and I reported this business to the BBB and I reported it to Instagram. This company is terrible! They don鈥檛 respond back to emails and won鈥檛 ship the order after confirming it was shipped!!! 100% SCAM

Great glam is terrible its nothing like it used to be 5 years ago i used to find different styles i couldnt find in the malls i used to order clothes from them all the time something new always would come out every week now this site is terrible clothes look so cheap prices high i dont no who took over but they shouldn't use great glams name this is terrible

MY EXPERIENCE WITH GLAMCLOTH IS TERRIBLE. ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY OFFER FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CLOTHES, THEY WERE MADE CHEAPLY AND PAPER THIN. NOW I WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO SPEND $30-35 TO SHIP TO THEIR CHINESE FACTORY. WHY IS THIS COMPANY ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS ON FACEBOOK? SOMETHING IS VERY ROTTEN HERE. I'M RETURNING THE STUFF TO THEIR DISTRIBUTOR IN NEW JERSEY (ADDRESS ON PACKAGE) AND HOPE FOR CREDIT. THEN I WILL CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND PUT THIS IN DISPUTE.

This is the most dishonest corrupt company ever. I am warning all, DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!! I still have not received my items or refund in over a year. They stopped responding to my emails and no one answers the phone. So, buyer be aware! They use to be good. Prior to this issue, they were my go to online store but then they fail off the rails, cheating their loyal customers out of money and merchandise.

I ordered a jean jumper last year and never recieved the item nor a refund after contacting them via email and phone calls. I've never, ever ordered from such a disgusting site that's allowed to take people's money. Please do not waste your money. Buyers BEWARE and STAY AWAY!

In june of 2017. Recvd 2 emails as to why it was delayed now they dont respond back. They never answer phone calls either.

I placed an other for 2 dress after several emails got one dress then got an email stating the second dress was out of stock and got a credit voucher to use I tried to used it several times and the website would not acknowledge it then I tried emailing no response several attempts was made then …

The original owner for the past decade+ sold the company. Thats why the prices are sky high, the quality has changed and so has the customer service. Not sure who she sold the company to but it SUCKS now. Will never buy from there again.

I ordered 3 dresses from great glam they sent me 2 of them after two weeks I tried to call them they never pick up the phone when I email them they said the don't have the other dress but they not do refund it's a credit store I said I don't understand how come because it's not my fault they don't have the dress until now 4 months ago or more no refund no one contact me

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! They will make sure your first and second orders go through perfectly and then start to switch things up horribly after they've wheeled you in… they take your money, don't give you the item, make up a corny excuse over the phone, ignore your emails, and then they change their email! DO NOT GET SCAMMED.

Dont order from them….its not the same as it was years ago. You wont receive your items and they wont refund you your money either. Now everything is $39.50, no matter if its a dress or shirt. Very weird….dont order, youve been warned.

I ordered from them for the first time in several years just 2 weeks ago. Apparently this company is under new ownership and this was some kind of private preview sale for select past customers. I ordered a dress that was $32 and was pleasantly surprised by the qulity. shipping time was ok – took about 6 days.I read some of the other reviews and wonder if maybe that was the past owenership? Anyway I will order again

I have been shopping on Great Glam for well over 5 years. Never a problem until about 2 mints to now. Plus size clothes have changed. You have small models in plus size section and size only go up to XL. When before for years size was up tO 3X. Very disappointed. I don't wear 3X but what happened to you? You sold out to society.

FIRST IT WAS AN EMAIL FOR DELAYEF SHIPMENT AFTER THT TIME PASSED THEY NO LONGER WOULD TALK TO ME. THEY GOT THERE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY AFTER I PLAVED MY ORDER BUT NOT SO EASY TO GET FUNDS BACK.
