My elderly friend ordered flip phone,changed his mind and let them know but they sent it ahead of his pay date and he got a overdraft fee,Then they shipped it anyway,He needed it right away as he has health issues so began to use,Then had a small accident with car and when he tried to get help the phone was muffled and he did not have a clear sound when talking or answering another person.He had called before to report so it was not new to the CS dept.Had to call again to report this issue,.Sorry now I told him this would be a good phone for him!
