Every year, the HGTV Dream Home Sweepstakes, gives one lucky winner the mansion of their dreams, as well as other prizes. What happens after you win?

It's a socially driven contest, not professionally judged, so most votes come from parents getting people to vote for their child every day… but that's the same for most other baby photo contests too. The prize is REAL though (I Google'd it & found a lot of winner stories) Yes, you get a lot of emails but you can unsubscribe. It's not perfect but I wouldn't say it's as "untrustworthy" as their WOT reputation makes it out to be. I suppose I could be wrong… but I think if someone actually wins the advertised prize, that's not a scam!

Absolutely nothing but a scam. Just wants your info to mail you a bunch of junk! If you go to the "About Us" link. It says that Mr. Joshua G. Is the creator. If this is such a wonderful and legit website, why doesn't the founder provide his last name? Because it's crap, that's why!

Customer Exploit Issues… you give them your phone number and the call you (out of state of course) relentlessly… My wife fell into this trap.
