Great Plains Lending

I took out a loan on ridiculous terms in December of 2016. No problem. Desperate times cause for desperate measures, but that is not why I have elected to default on my loan. On September 27, I called Great Plains to see if I could suspend payments until October 20,2017, as I was severely impacted by Hurricane Irma and did not return to work until September 25. So I explained it would be a pay period or so before I could start back making my payments on time. I have NEVER missed a payment since I have gotten this loan. I also told the agent that I would be able to provide her with any documentation that she may need to support my claim. She advised me that I would not need it. She also advised me that a ticket would be generated and I would receive an email with a decision. Well, not even in the wake of a natural disaster does Great Plains care about their customers because after all I was told would be done, the exact opposite was done, as they attempted to debit the loan amount from my account not even 24 hours later.. So I emailed them and identified myself and let them know that I will not be paying them one more penny. I tried to do everything correctly and they responded rudely. They don't care. Neither do I. I'm looking forward to the battle with them

I was really amaze.The process to acquire the loan was easy and expedite.The coherence between the offer by mail and the actual results were totally accurate,wich in my 60+ years of existence is unheard-of .

The steps to follow and acquire the loan, are easy to follow and very convenient.Yes of course there is cost involve, but again is cheaper than the advance loans outlets.

Right around the holidays and I was out of money with lots of bills and shopping to do. Great Plains came to the rescue and I was approved the same day. Such a relief and so happy the funds were deposited the next business day. Very grateful.

Awesome company to work with, it is what it is a high interest loan, but cheaper than most similar companies and if you need money in a hurry like I did for car repairs they can't be beat, money in the bank next day.

First time trying out, was in a bind and greatplains gave me a chance when other companies won't. Wish though the payments could be for 24 months but i am so greatfull for the help….

The whole process was excellent. Then I called the company. I was connected to a customer service rep. She was courteous, friendly and helped me thru the process. I'd give it 10 if I can.

Said i was approved and would have deposit in 24 hours and sitting here and still nothing.

The next day after I apply the money was already in my bank account .
