Used the online check-in – perfect! 0 Wait time, head to the Salon (message says) I live 5 minutes away. Drove straight there. One walk in right before me. I was then told they didn't know how long of a wait time to wait in my car and they would get me. 20 Minutes later, I went in to inquire why I was told 0 wait time and now waiting on several people before me. Very rudely told me that they got there before me. I cancelled my appointment and will not go back to this location. The whole idea of on-line check-in is not to wait.

I went to the San Bernardino CA. Great Clips. First, you have to down load the app just to get an appointment because of Covid-19. Two days earlier I had gotten my hair cut into a so called A-line bob which was still to long, so I decided to cut it down to a cute pixie for the summer. I went in I explained to the lady why I wanted my hair cut down to a pixie and showed her a picture. She claimed it was no problem. I noticed while in the chair she kept me from looking in the mirror. When she was cutting my hair I noticed a lot more was coming off then what the picture looked like. But before I could say anything, she was done. She handed me a mirror and I was horrified. All my hair was just chopped all different ways not even close to what the picture looked like. I now have a males hair cut. Even the layers she tried to do looks stupid. I was so mad I told her I look like a boy now. I paid for the stupid so called haircut and left. Another thing I noticed when I was there was they had a lady working on a wig trying to learn how to cute hair? Do not go here if you have long hair because you will not have none when you walk back out their door. They don't know how to cut hair.

I know they are not the best, just read the reviews below mine, but they were convenient and I passed by them six times a week. I've used them for over 15 years, but no longer. I'm a handicapped vet and they want you to use their stupid system and wait hours, make extra trips, waste time and they are never accurate or on time and they always have an excuse for being late. They have no consideration for someone that is disabled or blind with their system and they have cut off all normal communication with their clients at all locations and HQ. They should have never opened. It all could have been done via phone as well or a combination of the two. And they let sick people come to work and infect over 140 people at one location, and I think that was in MO. It was all on the national news a few days ago. They are just too greedy and not doing any of the right things for their customers. I can't believe how poorly they treat customers now. They should just close their doors as Great is no longer a legal part of their name as far as I'm concerned. Their other really bad problem is they have a very high turn-over rate so you might get a good cut one time and then a terrible cut the next time with another new person.

I wasn't allowed to get a hair cut without a mask….They are not worth arguing and should tell customers before going there.

Only went to Great Clips once, and never will go there again. The lady that cut my hair told me my hair was pretty much sandpaper, proceeded to spray way too much conditioner into my hair which left my hair feeling extremely disgusting, and left my hair to air dry after she soaked it in water and conditioner and cut it. By the time my hair dried, it was looking as bad as it felt and I had a duck tail type of style on the back of my head. Had to spend even more money at my usual hair salon for my hair to be fixed once I had the money for it.

Have had bad experiences several times at Las Vegas locations. They hire anyone with a pulse and wack at your hair as fast as they can. When you find a good stylist they are always busy and end up leaving. This place works on volume not quality and if your cheap the coupons will entice you, but don't do it unless you don't give an S how you look.

Work you to the bone for $8.50 an hour. My wife got pregnant, after the baby was born, they fired her. She was furious, but decided they did deserve her anyway. Ironically, the owner died soon after from cancer. Poor Roger Allen. Hope his wife seeks out the snakes in her company and appreciate awesome cosmetologists. Karen should be ashamed of herself as a woman, treating others the way she did. I guess Jennifer was found out to be a snake. My wife deserved better.

What a rude place to do business with. Walked in with a coupon that had the incorrect address. Was told there was an hour wait. And that they close in one hour. Store was empty. Never go to this place. It was like I was bothering them. One star was the lowest I could give them.

Okay, I travel here and there on a regular basis.
Spending time in various locales requires having back-up services for hair — especially in a pinch.
My stylist away from my homebase is Mariah at Greeat Clips. She understands my long hair and knows how to treat it carefully and gently. I see her maybe twice a year for a trim and deep conditioning/shampoo.
After my treatment she blows it dry .– then twirls like a skein of silk.
This is such a treat, as well as affordable.
Great Clips also has its own line of "product."
Four stars for you, Mariah and Great Clips.
Be sure to be on the look out for their regular promos and discounts.

I do think that if you find the right person, the haircuts are great. However, the online check in is a joke. You can check in, but if there are walk ins, they are added to the wait list AHEAD of the online people. It really makes no sense to have online check in if you can't reserve your spot.

Went into a Great Clips in Peachtree and want a wash and blowout. My hair is shoulder length. They wanted $55 and of course a tip. A 鈥渞eal鈥?salon with a stylist that didn鈥檛 just get out of school 3 doors down only wanted $35. Ridiculously priced!! Will never go there!

I got one good haircut at Great Clips from Amber at The Hills in Tulsa, Ok. I went back a couple of times after that and the cuts weren't that good but the last one I got was really bad. It is so uneven, the sides are way longer than the back and it has no shape at all. I called them about it and was told if I came back within 7 days they would try to fix it; but after having a few bad cuts there I didn't really want anyone else there cutting my hair. I would never go back there again and would advise anyone wanting a halfway decent cut to go somewhere else. They may be ok on men's cuts but they are horrible for women who have longer hair.

I had a hair cut at Greatclips, meadowvale branch and I am very happy with my haircut. Farah did an amazing job and I am really happy with her work. I just showed her the picture of the haircut I wanted and she gave me almost the similar look. I highly recommend her. Thanks Farah.

Quality of cuts depends on your cutter. If you find a good one, hold dearly onto her/him. Price of haircut is very fair.

Ruined my hair a year ago. Sent coupons for 2 free cuts, suggesting I change my review. Waited six months for my hair to grow back. Used the coupon . Guess what , ruined for another six months. Consistently the Worst haircuts I have even thought could exist….

I have gone to Great Clips for quite some time now, over 5 years. They are not the best but with the basic plain hair cut I get their ok. I have never gotten bad treatment from the stylist or really no bad cuts. I do like the online check in app because it saves me from having to spend time waiting when I could be doing useful things with my time. I have seen some comments about other not liking it because people go ahead of them but really if I check in before you arrive and your name comes up before I get there you will go before me. So it still falls within the first come first serve concept. But all in all for the less experienced stylist they mainly have their for me they are ok. If you want more than that you will want to go to a place that had more experienced personnel.
