We used this service- Great people- Attentive to our ADA needs. They did not rush us off the phone like the other bus companies. We had a great driver, Eugene. He was amazing. Our bus was spotless, Wifi and outlets. We have had bad experience in the past with other companies. Steve and Khalina were on top of everything. The Dispatch team answered at 2am when we had a question about our morning departure. It was great. Thanks again! We will be calling you soon.

Horrible experience. If possible, I would rate the company a zero. The bus/buses were not al all what the company represented them to be. It turns out that they contract out their business and either do not care or do not check out the buses to be used. For our one trip, a total of three different buses were used to transport my group, because NOT ONE of them was in good repair. All of the buses were old; however, we were told that no bus in the fleet was older than 2012. We were also told the bus would be WiFi equipped and have a rest room. No WiFi and the restroom was not usable. When I tried to use the reportedly 24/7 contact number, another misrepresentation, nothing happened, because no one answered or called back. They had my group paying for a room for the bus driver when he was not at the hotel. No driver or bus was available when needed. I could write a book telling why this company should NEVER be used, but suffice it to say DON鈥橳 DO IT!!!

Worst experience ever with a bus company and, to put that in perspective, my tour company has coordinated over 5000 groups in the past 34 years, many of which have had charter busses. On 1/18/19 Great American's bus never showed up for a trip, leaving myself and a group of 45 people stranded at an airport scrambling to find alternate transportation in the middle of the night (which took 4 hours to locate). I counted 22 times on my cell phone log that we tried to reach their '24 hour' dispatch (which I was told would be answered all the time) and the driver, and no one answered nor returned our messages. They finally called back 9 hours later. This bus was paid for and confirmed several times prior to the scheduled trip including the day prior. The bus company was also unwilling to pay for an extra $1000 in expenses my company incurred directly from their bus not showing up. I will never use them again.

They where great to work with and accommodated all our needs, We had no issues on our trip and our event was a success, Thank You Great American Charter for making our event worry free.
