To me the fraud potential seems too high.

been doing business with this company for a couple months now. they have been a great help in locating certain hard drives i need for my store. i will definitely keep buying from them especially sine they are the best priced.

the support with this company is lackluster at best. took a week for them to reply to me about my order. i ordered a Sony receiver almost a month ago and finally the damn thing just arrived this morning. this company really has to work on there shipping and support.

I purchased a washer from them and must i say, i was very happy with them accept they don't install appliances. but i guess with there low prices, i can afford the extra 50.00 to hire an installer.

Grayrivertech.com is the same company as Kowaritech.com and Avnertech.com. The good reviews here are paid reviews by the company. Check out their company details and address, it's the same ghost address (had it verified in London, office didn't exist) used in Kowaritech. They will take your payment, like they did with my US$500, and you will never receive the goods. Customer service disappears after your money has been sent.

Please stay away. SCAM!

They have been reported to Action Fraud in the UK. Help spread the news so that one gets scammed again.

I purchased samsumg TV's from this store and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were delivered without any of them broken. I want to personally Jennifer from customer service department for her help in placing the order and making sure it was expedited for me.

i just received delivery of my Blackwire head set. Love it.. got it for less than any other site out there. The store does not offer expedited service, but the price is worth the wait. I would shop here again.
