Zeer vlotte gids. Correcte timing. Zeer goed Covid beleid. Onze oorspronkelijke tour kon niet doorgaan maar er werd een alternatief aangeboden en alles werd netjes geregeld (ook financieel)

Very easy website – booked some great tours but unfortunately had to cancel due to travel restrictions re Coronavirus !!! So disappointed! Gray line were very quick to refund my money , very polite & helpful- once we can get to Rome I will definitely book with them again!

Super oplevelse med kompetente Guider ,ikke sidste gang vi tager s氓dan en dag med Gray Line .
Det eneste der kunne have v忙ret bedre var at der var opgivet et tidspunkt for opsamling p氓 Hotellet ,vi var meget usikre p氓 hvad tid vi skulle v忙re klar og der blev ikke svarret p氓 telefon .

This walking tour was advertised as a 3 hour experience, ours lasted 2 and a quarter hours due to Winter Opening Times. The company would have know this in advance and should have brought the tour forward an hour to alleviate this issue. We felt rushed round much of Palantine Hill and missed out on visiting large parts of the Forum. Our guide, whilst very pleasant, walked ahead and the microphone and radios lost signal so we were unable to hear what was being said. The group was far too big (30 people) for the tour to be enjoyable.
I would not recommend this specific tour

we booked at an info point, the price kept changing as did the service we could expect, the result was we didn鈥檛 get what we were expecting
