Because of the pandemic our trip was canceled. So, we did not get to use Gray Line. Hopefully in the near future we will.

May was the best! Super-knowledgable, funny as hell, and knows how to handle a bus. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our tour of the gorge.

It was super easy to book this tour and so glad that we did. A great way to see some of the natural beauty just outside of Portland if you choose not to rent a car while visiting.

Everything went according to plan! I booked on line, printed my voucher and exchanged it for my ticket for a wonderful tour of the Columbia River gorges and waterfalls! We had a wonderful guide/driver (David) for our tour!

Our tour guide May was super friendly, fun, informative, and down to earth. We felt like we were being driven around by our favorite aunt.

Even though it was rainy (suprise! In Portland!) it was a great tour led by Brian who made the tour interesting as well as serving as an excellent photographer for our group. My husband who was reluctant to 鈥渂e stuck on a bus for hours鈥?said it was the highlight of the trip. So thanks for proving me right again

Pickup and tour were on time, covered all the important sites and Ron was both informative and entertaining. The bus was comfortable and clean.

The on line booking was simple. Where to pick up the trolly was not. The pick up area had been moved and that was not made clear. Lots of wondering around.

Other than seat comfort, this was a great ride.

We made the choice because the lowest price of the tours provided the most minutes of touring with the added bonus of a full-sized touring bus. We experienced more than we expected. Our driver provided interesting facts during the drive out of the city and continued into the scenic drive. Brian continued helping us with information and direction at each of our stops. He even became our photographer with our cameras! At one location, he went way above and beyond to creating fun, special pictures. He added a stop at Latourell Falls that provided the highlight of the tour. Parking scarcity prevents him on most trips; we probably lucked out since we went on the slowest day: Wednesday.

There was no problem with the booking overall. When I booked I was told that you could come and get on the trolley at any time. When I got to the trolley, I learned that there were only two of them. The one sitting there was full and I was told to wait an hour. I didn't expect that. To her credit, the lady selling the tickets told me I could could probably walk to stop 5 and get the trolley there, which I did.

The trolley was a good way to see the highlights of Portland and get a lay of the land. The drivers were informative and welcoming. It was a bit difficult to find the first stop, and a few of the other stops did not have markers, but the staff was fabulous in helping us get to the right place. It was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend the hop-on-hop-off. I would do this in another large city.

I bought tickets online and called to confirm that we could start our ride at a different stop than the designated starting point. However, I was parking when I saw the trolley pass by about 8 min ahead of schedule! So we missed it and ended up walking to the start point. The rest of the trip was fine, though I'm not sure it was worth the price paid.

Online booking went very well, but my wife and I were not picked up in front of our hotel, Marriott Waterfront as promised. We had to walk to the box office.

Love that it's free. One female driver was fantastic, pointing out various landmarks and giving narration. It was difficult to figure out where to start, park, etc. The place we went to had a sign telling us we had to walk a mile to another location. Would be good to fix this. Stopping points were all exactly what we wanted to see.

Easy to do even from a phone. Didn鈥檛 need a printer for tickets they were immediately emailed.
