First rate service to watch the SpaceX launch. Hosts were very personable and made sure we were enjoying our trip. Gray Line provided extra buses to make sure we kept our distance from others. Online booking was impressive. They kept us notified of schedule and changes. Would highly recommend.

First, I am NOT MR. (see lower down in form). Now, I enjoyed the speedy and personalized assistance I received while resolving a issue. They said they had health procedures for the excursion and they did. The buses were very nice. Their instructions were clear.

Changes in launch date were greater than 24 hours. I would have accepted losing $50 per ticket (4) but instead I am out over $900 and still haven鈥檛 received the admission tickets for a single non launch day. I received nothing. What a ripoff!

Online booking lacked details like food and seating options at the Apollo Center. Communication was terrible the day of, and rebooking email said confirmation by phone was required but apparently it wasn鈥檛. So I just drove 2 hours to Merritt island on faith that the buses would be there鈥?thank god they were considering I鈥檇 spent $300 at this point.
Buses to Kennedy Space Center, excellent distancing, clean.

Kennedy Space center鈥?confused, there was no explanation of our purpose, it occurred while waiting in line this stop was only for a security check and there was no time to look around. Bummer.

at Apollo, bleachers were excellent view, good physical distancing. Meh food, outdoor vendor only, but can鈥檛 expect much due to COVID, Nice announcer! And great that the live cast was on speakers (would have loved a screen for viewing before the launch, but I was happy nothing obstructed the view in the end).
Launch鈥?best view ever. Worth every penny. Would definitely go again just because of that.

Would definitely recommend Grayline. COVID-19 procedures were used and the instructions were very clear from the start. Meeting up with bus and guide was very easy and the experience was one of a kind.

Overall experience was great. Booking online was easy, followup information from GrayLine was great. Didn't think the $50 extra (for the scrub) was fair. It didn't cost Grayline anything to rebook us for the following day, $50 (on top of the original $229) was excessive

Well run and a covid safe tour. The VIP bleachers at banana Bay is the best viewing place for launches and Grayline takes all the hassle and stress out of the adventure.

The experience was terrible.
I missed the bus due to an unclear information in the confirmation letter.
It was indicating a location that inducted me to a mistake.
If you type the location in Waze, Maps you will get the wrong location, in Tampa.
Mistakes happened, all the time anyway.
The biggest problem was the way that the situation was handled.
Once I was in the wrong point the only thing your company said was: " Sorry, it is your fault and we can do nothing tonsolve the problem. It is your fault, it is your problem".
I drove for 1:20 hr to the wrong point, that Inwas inducted by the confirmation location letter. Than I drove to NASA for 2:40 hr to try to enter and see the launch, even your employee saying that I couldn't do it. I couldn't accept it once I paid almost USD$ 600.00 for two VIP tickets.
Honestly, the worse was the way that your company handle the situation. Your company could at least let me iget n to the Visitors Center. It could be done.
But now the emotional damage is done. For me and the 13 years old that was with me during this entire mess.
Your employee said all the time it was my fault and 200 hundred families made it.
It doesnt matter. I DIDN'T MAKE IT.
I am a foreigner. I dont know the region. I just follow waht is in the confirmation.
