I was not able to go on tour because I had not been informed when I made my reservation that your Uptown Tour only went as far as 86th Street and turned around. I have subsequently requested a full refund.

It makes me laugh that I got this request for a review. I wish I could give no stars. I ordered the tour online paid almost $200 for it. I go to redeem the vouchers…can't find the kiosk. So I call the number on the tickets. Guess what? THEY AREN'T DOING TOURS RIGHT NOW. So they stole my money and I GOT NO TOUR. They should NOT be allowed to keep selling tour tickets if they aren't running. The person I talked to couldn't find my order so he can't refund my money. I called the next day…same thing…manager isn't in until today so who knows what will happen when I call again. SO FREAKING ******. I was out that $200 and couldn't afford to do another tour because I had already spent that and have yet to get it back. Will never buy from here again.

We advised Gray Line on 30th March 2020 that due to Corona Virus our vacation was cancelled. Our flights were not going, our cruise ship was not operating and I would guess that with New York in lockdown the Manhattan Experience would not be operating. We asked for a refund of our cash, $218 to our card account. To date we have heard nothing, not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement.
Perhaps you would be so kind as to forward this to Gray Line and ask them to deal with this for us, as at the moment we would not be inclined to use them when we do eventually get to New York.

If I could give no stars I would. Been to New York many many times and used Gray Line many times but never again. I bought 4 freedom passes costing nearly $600 . The system that verifies your tickets at the attractions were down but Grey Line were unhelpful, rude and down right useless. Avoid at all costs because they don't want to know when there's a problem.

I shouldn鈥檛 have to purchase tickets on your website and then go to Times Square to pick them up. Please also update your iPhone app as the route for blue was wrong.
The actual ride was great.

when getting off the bus, getting directions to a specific place was very difficult. My daughter and I were trying to get to the free ferry ride- the directions were so poor ,we had to actually take a taxi. A stop in front of the pier would have been much better,especially since the boat ride is included. Trying to find locations of grey line stops was also very difficult.The tour bus infowas very good. I would be hesitatnt to recommend your service because of the difficulties I mentioned. If someone just stayed on the buses,them it would be OK.

It was very easy to book online with this company. I think the deal was good, but the website was definitely lacking in terms of sufficient information. There was not a definitive bus schedule that was available for me to see, which made planning difficult. Also, I wasn't aware upon booking that the tickets needed to be redeemed, and the website didn't list any locations where we could do so. This added more hoops for us to jump through upon our arrival in NYC.

My transfer never came to pick me up. Tried to ring for ages, no answer at all. After waiting almost 40 minutes, I had to pay 70 dollars for a taxi, otherwise I would miss my flight. I ve used the company before, but now never again and won't recommend it to anybody else. Would love to be refunded for this, but I honestly don't expect anything anymore from your company.

I will be requesting a refund when I get home. Last bus from downtown was at 7 and too full to add additional riders. That, plus my "attraction " ticket was denied at the 2 attractions I was interested in. This was a complete waste of money.

I bought over $200 in bus passes didn鈥檛 use hardly any time on them, waste of money . Bus route didn鈥檛 go to Statue of Liberty so I bought pass for big red bus to get there . Bus passes not worth it !! Also you have to walk blocks to get picked up or dropped off from places you want to site see. Live and Learn !!! Cab is easier !!!

The site was easy to navigate and inputting the data was simple. The only area that was unclear was when & where to call to confirm landing. That was cleared up quickly by a phone call.
