Our Bus driver was very friendly and kind how ever the person we talked to on the phone was not friendly at all. She made us responsible for not getting back and confirming our reservation after they pushed our confirmed morning tour the afternoon. She said we had to call but as customers on vacation I expected them to give us a call especially since Thanksgiving was in between as well.

My wife and I were very disappointed with this tour bus service! There are multiple problems with this bus service. The 1st is the bus itself. We entered a leaking, cold bus with a cracked windshield and no speaker system. The bus driver told us he could not turn off or reduce the AC so we were cold the entire trip. After over an hour of picking up each passenger from their particular hotel we stopped at Bayside market where we waited in the bus for about 20 minutes. We finally asked the tour guide why we were waiting and we were told that the bus we were supposed to be transferring to had broken down and a new bus was coming shortly. The staff didn't inform us of anything. We finally transferred to the new bus but it smelled of cigarettes and the view was terrible. The tour guide was rude and the bus almost broke down on the bridge to Miami Beach. After touring Miami Beach we returned to the mainland and exited at Wynwood Walls. We did not finish the tour but instead asked for a refund for this terrible experience. I would recommend another tour bus company.

Service worked very well depiste a small delay in my trip back to hotel.Grayline for some reason charged me twice and as I call to request corretion the serviceline worked pretty well in indentifing the problem and returning me back the overcharged amout.

It was very convenient to have their bus service pick us up from a hotel of our choice. We came across a minor issue of the bus parking in front of the hotel on the street rather than in front of the hotel doors here valet usually operates. When we called the company about the bus being late, they were very help and notified us that it was out on the street.
During the drive up to the Everglades we did have an accident on the road. One of the tires blew out and broke the front bumper/tire guard part. The bus driver was very professional and apologetic. A new bus arrived 30 min later and we were back on the road. The actual Everglades experience was great.

Day Trip to Bimini. The island was beautiful and the people were friendly. As 1st time user enough details were not provided. I assumed if I had access to the Hilton beach and pool it included towels. NOPE… We had to rent towles for $10.00… We were just dropped off at the beach. We had to inquire about pick up details, where to go, what to do. Also we were not informed of golf cart rental option. Over all just a lack of communication.

The service provided by the guide was good. However the whole experience don鈥檛 make no sense . You could go swim in miami or south beach and have a better time. Fury company is rip off.

The worst transport service I have seen in my life. It looks 30 minute more than expected on at first. Then the return from dolphin the bus was expected to leave at 14.10 and It left at 14. We had to take an uber to return. Crazy!

Mi experiencia fue agradable, llegaron a tiempo al lugar de recogida, la guia fue puntual e interesante con los datos. Compre el paquete de transporte a Key West on Snorking, luego en el bus ofrecieron diferentes actividades y segun mis cuentas habria sido mas economico solo renar en transporte y ya dentro del bus elegir la actividad que querias hacer en la isla.

Casi lo perdemos a pesar de haber estado 30 min antes en el punto de encuentro (Lowes), ya que el bus era una van negra con identificaci贸n de un solo lado que se par贸 enfrente sobre Collins. No se lo ve铆a. El chofer ni se baj贸 a ver si alguien estaba esperando. Al ver la tardanza, nosotros nos asomamos. Nada amable. Tampoco nos entreg贸 los descuentos que promet铆an al hacer la compra. La vuelta en cambio fue tal cual lo informado y hasta el chofer amablemente nos acerc贸 a nuestro hotel.

I was very disappointed with the bus service and condition of the bus that was provided for the Key West trip. The bus was not Grey Line and I鈥檓 not sure why it was being used. The bathroom didn鈥檛 flush and the seats were broken. The host and driver were fine but the bus was not.
