Our tour and tour guide was great!

Tour itself was great. Driver excellent. The only problem I had was finding info on the website. I could not find departure times for the Sumter tour, and I didn鈥檛 know it could leave from Patriot Point until I called the Gray office.

Nick was outstanding extremely knowledgeable. He made the tour enjoyable. The points of interest was fascinating. The highlight of our trip.

My wife and I really enjoyed the historic Charleston tour and tour of Ft. Sumter during our honeymoon. The bus tour around downtown was informative and exciting for us because we could never cover that much ground on foot (we didn't rent a car). Our guide Michael was great! The boat trip to Ft. Sumter was organized well, and we had a lot of fun on the trip and during the hour of exploring the fort. We are so glad we did the tour combo!

We took the Gray Line/SpiritlIne Cruise of the Charleston Harbor. The narrator had extensive knowledge of Charleston History. Staff on SpiritLine were professional and compassionate the safety and wellbeing of the customers.

I high recommend this tour for both new and experienced visitors to Charleston.

Bonnie is an EXCELLENT tour guide. She drove that bus carefully and skillfully through those narrow streets and around cars parked here and there, she has a calm, nice voice and she is FULL of detail about downtown historic Charleston, making the history interesting and relevant. There were three in our party and we all enjoyed Bonnie's tour on Gray Line and I would take the tour again with my guests in town to visit. THANK YOU BONNIE!!!!

I found all contact with Gray Line both professional and willing to be exceptionally helpful organizing our sightseeing need in Charleston.
It's only unfortunate Covid 19 stopped our visit from New Zealand but we'd certainly re-book with Gray Line some time in the future.

We had a great time on the Gray Line Charleston Tour. Our guide, Roy, was courteous, full of knowledge, and made the experience pleasant and memorable for my daughter, granddaughter and I. We also included the Fort Sumter Tour and all agreed the day was an excellent value for the money.

Terrible experience – not worth the money spent. Tour bus driver sent bus load of customers to wrong harbor/boat tour. Therefore, entire bus load of customers did not get to stop and tour Fort Sumter like we paid to do. I asked for a refund – Grey line would not issue refund or credit.

It was very informative and the driver was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the events at question. Thank you and I will recommend this tour

This tour was much better than the horse drawn tour that we had previously taken in Charleston. The driver/guide was very knowledgable and helpful.
