The guide Louis was great! he was energetic and gave great information throughout the tour. We learned so much that we wouldn't otherwise have, if we had done the tour by ourselves!

Evil Disgusting Company, did not help us one bit when contacting the Police or offer a refund/apolgys due to an Attempted Kidnapping in Rio De Janeiro due to a lack of information from them on the pick up vehicle for Carnival in March 2019. A local took advantage of our confusion and claimed he was sent from the company and by viator to pick us up, this resulted in me losing 拢70 worths of local currency having to negotiate my self out a very serious and scary situation. My suggestion to those reading this is to not book with grayline brazil or viator as they do not care at all if you get put in danger, they won't tell you what the pick up vehicle is. They employ customer service that have no empathy, are rude and have idea what they are doing, which can lead to real life danger for tourists.

A great tour well organized and the guide was amazing. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the shopping option which we picked over the Bohemia Brewery tour. Shopping was a bust just basic clothing and other everyday items.

Reimburse me $58 since I didn鈥檛 receive any services.

This tour has options-a dry boat or a wet boat. You will get wet in the wet boat and it is great fun! The company does take photos and video which are for sale after the safari. Also do not worry about climbing up the hill after the boat ride, the tour company will take you up on a tram.

This dinner show has a wonderful variety of food and ethic dances from the Central and South American countries. It is a great way to explore the Latino culture.

You featured under shared transport the picture of a large car. We therefore booked tickets to only find that you had booked us onto a scheduled bus service Which we were actually able to book direct for less than half the price we therefore cancelled with you and booked directly.

I purchased but had to cancel after realizing my hotel in Puerto Iguazu was not on their stop. When I contacted the company via e-mail, I got a prompt and friendly reply. Issue was resolved with no hassle.
