Gravity lending was extremely helpful and there when I had a question. They assisted me in refinancing my auto loan and I am very thankful for the speedy and efficient process/results. Chris was very friendly and had great customer service skills! I would recommend their service(s) without a doubt. During this pandemic, their virtual assistance and online process gave me the peace of mind that it all was a straightforward and smooth process.

I haven't refinanced an auto loan – ever. I figured it would be a hassle and not really worth it since car loans are shorter and for less money than houses. Not sure why I decided to do this – probably a combo of extremely low rates and curiosity about the process. In any case, I received five loan offers from Lending Tree and Gravity was the only one that paid attention to the loan duration I input in my original request (48 months). I took this to mean that they actually were paying attention.

I worked with Robert, who was extrememly responsive, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain the process, to ask and answer questions (e.g., does the rate go significantly better for a 36 month vs 48 month loan? Answer – "yes"), and did not try to upsell me or any other malarkey. Long story short, I received an very attractive rate, chose the 36month term. The electronic paperwork arrived within an hour or so and was easy to complete. In my state (PA) titling has to be done on paper. Gravity sent the forms electronically, I printed them out, signed in front of a notary (for $5), and sent back overnight using the provided UPS label (at no cost). The loan was approved two days after I started the process, and my old loans were paid off within a week. I spent probably 1-2 hours total on this (including signing, mailing, etc..). I could not be happier. For context, my credit was good when bought the car, but improved about 100 points since and is over 800. I cannot speak to the process when credit is iffy. I do believe Robert and Gravity are honest and would be straight up about your prospects and the time-line. Can't recommend them enough!
