I am extremely disappointed with the services of this company. On January 14, 2021 I ordered a Homepod Space Gray and although the product is in stock in many branches (about half of them), the delivery time that was communicated to me is mid-March. I find it at least embarrassing the way this company treats its customers, a way that suggests a total lack of respect.

Ordered a macbook (in stock). Should have been delivered next day. Its one week later, still got no macbook. They say they look into it and ask UPS. Could take couple of weeks. They keep my money until they figured it out, even if I cancel the order.
It's one thing that UPS is not capable of handling deliveries. UPS is bad, we all know that.
It's another thing to rely on them instead of a real parcel service.
And it's a whole other thing to handle such incidents like a pro in 2020. Amazon would have shipped a replacement the very next day. Or, in case of a cancellation, refunded everything – also the very next day. On top, they most likely would have offered some voucher or anything.
But not Gravis. Gravis keeps your money. For up to 3 weeks.
Don't tell us it's not possible. It is. You just don't want to.

Returned macbook air next day to Bremen store after not being told by the salesman that it had german keyboard, as soon as i realised i took it back, only the outside plastic was removed , nothing else was opened or even tuned it on,
They have the worst return policy i have ever encountered, 10% restock charge, it does not state this anywhere in there term and conditions or refund policy (150 euro charge for the outside plastic being removed ) after being miss sold a product,sales advisers are there to advise, they clearly knew i was English and never once was i told it had a German keyboard, i wasn't shown a display model , just in the box with nothing to say it had german keyboard , Staff unhelpful and rude even laughing at me that they were not going to do anything to rectify the situation , they wont exchange for refund after less than one day of purchasing product. avoid if you are buying anything electrical, this is by far the worse customer experience i have ever had, Even Apple would accept this return
I will be contacting Apple about this company, I will be seeking legal advice about this situation and will be contacting the ombudsman who regulates this company for further advice, Absolutely terrible experience, i would give this shop zero stars if i could, avoid avoid avoid, you have been warned !!

Sorry i dont speak german. Excellent service and delivery to the netherlands. The google nest wifi was no problem to install in my country. Google home app did a good job.

due to some accidental installation in my macbook pro, my mac book pro was stucked can cannot proceed, i snap the problem and asked the technician in my homeland, they cannot settle it at all even with the teamviewer. As i am a student, do not have so much money, so i wrote emails to some Macbook Pro repair shop and centre to ask the price, some shop quote me a high price, and some shop require me to goto their shop (from my living place about an hour), some shop cannot solve and said my hard disk corrupt. And this trouble me more than two weeks. But a staff from Hamburg Gravis save my life, his name is Mohamed Islam Dahmani, he just taught me to press the button 鈥?Alt+CM+R鈥?then save my laptop and the OS sierra appeared again from internet recovery! He is a super genius! and they did not charge me at all! I will strongly recommend everyone in Hamburg can goto this shop.

Last week I bought Powerbeasts Pro from Gravis. I normally buy direct from Apple but this time Gravis was practical for me because of the location. I had been considering buying them for a while, and on a previous occasion whilst in the Apple shop I had specifically asked about the returns/exchange policy with the Powerbeats Pro because of hygiene concerns. Apple told me they can be returned for a refund or exchange.
The next week, before I went to the Gravis store I called them to ask if I would have the same rights when buying Powerbeats Pro from Gravis as buying them direct from the Apple store, they told me yes I did, so I bought the Powerbeats Pro. They were very uncomfortable and I tried to return them on the next working day.
I was then told no return was possible on this product because of hygiene reasons. The staff also told me that Apple do not accept returns either, which is also untrue as I immediately went to the Apple store and they confirmed again that the would have accepted a return if I had bought it directly with Apple.
I have E-mailed Gravis customer services three times ( the first and third time I received no response). From the response to my second E-mail it was obvious they hadn't actually read my E-mail as it stated returns after 14 days are not possible, but I was trying to return it since the next working day. They told me this was not a matter customer services could help me with. On the telephone they are even less helpful.
I decided to buy with Gravis based on the advice before my purchase. Had they been honest I would have bought directly from Apple. After they had the money they have no interest.
If they do read this and respond it will be the first time I will have been listened too, after a frustrating week of getting no response., and being left with product I will never use.
From my experience not buy from Gravis, or trust what they say.

The Homepod cannot be bought in Belgium. That's why I was looking for a trustworthy international webshop. GRAVIS didn't disappoint me, on the contrary. Perfect service with abondant information in every step of the proces.
The delivery was executed good and fast. The delivery cost to other European countries is acceptable, but only for more expensive products.

Abwohl ich liebe Gravis, this time they were offering an Apple Watch 4 advanced order the included 0% interest when using your PayPal account with either 6 months or one year individual payments. I had selected the 6 month arrangement, only to find they charged me the full amount immediately. What happened people ? ! ?

When I asked about the schedule for repairing my iphone, I got wrong answers from different technicians and service in the call center. They tried to avoid to activate the insurance they had sold to me. Only lies. I got the phone back with the same problems

I needed a new backup hard drive, and Gravis had some on sale at the same price as the most common online shop, so I thought, why not just pick it up in person, don't need to order it online. Went to the store, took 5 minutes to select the item, then 20 minutes waiting in line to pay. I saw several salespeople hanging around the sales floor talking to each other, running back and forth to the back room, and only one cashier serving a line of 10 people who were all impatient to pay. I'll never understand why people in Germany put up with this kind of behavior. It's like I have to beg you to give you my money. To add insult to injury, when I finally made it to the cashier, he asked "Who helped you with this purchase?" I said, "Nobody did, I made the selection myself without any help, while your salespeople were milling about talking to each other". Frechheit!

Gute Beratung im Shop. Kompetent und nicht aufdringlich. Die Jungs verkaufen durch Fragen – nicht durch Vortr盲ge. Eigentlich will ich immer nur die Sachen mal anschauen, die ich mir dann eigentlich online kaufen wollte. Und dann ist der "haben wollen"-Reflex doch wieder st盲rker als der Wille zum Sparen.
Verbesserungsbed眉rftig ist die telefonische Erreichbarkeit . Wenn man dann aber mal jemanden dran hat, sind die Mitarbeiter gut geschult.
Und im Shop Hamburg-City ist die Kasse definitiv ein Engpass. Oben gibt es gute Beratung ohne warten zu m眉ssen und dann darf ich unten an der Kasse immer warten, weil die drei Kunden vor mir spezielle Anforderungen an die Rechnungsschreibung haben und damit recht viel Zeit fressen.
