Graphic mail used to be great. Their migration onto sharpsring wasnt managed very well and Sharpspring are a horrible company to use, really bad customer services and bad platform, would never recommend using them to any one

We often come across technical issues when trying to put our newsletters together, as there is often a lot of info that we need to include. To that end, Graphic Mail's online chat support is invaluable, as you receive real-time help as you're experiencing a problem, meaning you can just get on with getting your newsletter out!

Using Graphicmail has made it easier at the charity to send out mass emails each month to our supporters and keep them informed.
The analytic's of the sends are vital to us now, keep costs down and maximizing our money spend.
The only thing I would really like to see changed is the social media icons to the official and correct logos (I.e. Facebook and Twitter)

All in all a really good tool!

We use Graphic mail for our own marketing and that of several of our clients. We have always been happy with the service that we have received.

We have been using this company for over 4 years and find them to offer a great service which is quite straight forward to use and if we do ever get stuck their customer help service is always spot on !

We've been using GraphicMail for several campaigns and have recommended it to several of our clients who do their own email campaigns.

We made the move to GraphicMail from MailChimp after much research into other mailing applications. MailChimp, although very good, were very strict on their rules surrounding bounce-backs from email sends (somewhere around 0.1% resulted in a suspension!). This is quite unrealistic and GraphicMail offered the best service with a good set of rules.

The Reports and Statistics area is very intuitive, however occasionally there is issues with displaying the reasons for why people have opted-out or complained about the email they have received. The inbox test feature is also very useful and allows us to test our emails unlimited amounts of times before we send it, which was not a feature we found in many other services.

As we build our e-flyers in house, we do not use the email builder in the application. However, we have noticed that GraphicMail automatically inserts some normalisation CSS to fix some issues with different email applications outputting.
