Graphica Resin "forgot" to put the anti-slip ingredient into the mix resulting in an incredibly slippery and dangerous driveway which later subsided due to poor workmanship. When a delivery man badly injured himself when he slipped on the drive, the threat of legal action eventually prompted Graphica to send an engineer to investigate, who promptly slipped and fell to his backside. Eventually they agreed to dig it up and re-install it but they did a very poor, rushed job, resulting in an unsightly and cracked surface. They've lied and stalled, ignored my letters, which resulted in me effecting a County Court Judgement, but now I see they've gone into liquidation. Shame on you Tony Walsh and Graphica Resin. What a set of cowboys you really are.

Paid them 拢1700 deposit on 7th June for work to be done in August, found out after trying to ring them on Wed 26th July that this company had gone in to Liquidation on the 19th June. Many customers are in the same situation as me some even worse off.

We had a drive fitted by Graphica Resin Surfaces in April 2015. Within 2 weeks our drive had failed. We had huge cracks, large holes and discolouration and are now left with a driveway that looks shocking.
We have been trying to resolve this with them for over 2 years but to no avail. We are in the process of taking them to court for damages however it appears that they are no longer trading due to a winding up petition made against them in June 2017.
For anyone with similar issues call the Insolvency company on 01132 006600 as they are keen to hear from you.The only way to stop these cowboys from opening another company is to get them disqualified from
being a director.

I have paid 拢16770 to this company and the work is nowhere near finished. The work has been going on since May because they hardly ever turn up. I have been sending emails which are not answered and no one ever answers the phone. I have discovered today that the company have been taken to court to be wound up. I have spoken to a solicitor and it looks like I will lose all my money. I am left with a drive and paths in a complete mess and I now have no money to have the job completed. Devastated is an understatement of how I feel.

This company are a typical get rich quick organisation. The product is really good but sales method and non existent after care badly let it down! I have a very small drive – about 3m x 3m. Asked for a quote and told minimum charge is 拢2000, I still asked them to quote. The chap came and quoted a few hundred pounds over 2000 and said i can have for 2000 if I ordered that day. I eventually did and was very satisfied with the job. I paid a hefty deposit up front. They finished the job before I returned home on Friday. I got a call on Sunday from the 'quality care' chap to check the job out – and of course to collect the rest of their cash. I pointed out that they had not finished pointing where the drive met the pavement. He said he would attend to it asap. This was in November. I rang several times and nobody came. Decided to leave it till later as the weather was very bad. Rung at times since then and calls not returned. Decided to pick up the issue again and rang 4 times with messages – still no call return. My mother had her drive done and the quality is poor and now the company are not keeping up with their warranty promise and instead have been stating that they are taking their suppliers to court and will be in touch once that is resolved, if it does I may change my review but the excuses feel weak and the fact they sent the exact same letter to her with an 8 month gap in between as very poor. Have tried to resolve this matter with them and no joy as yet

Placed an order for 92sm2 resin drive but struggled to communicate and agree any dates etc with company. They feel very disorganised and each section seems to pass the customer to next without anyone taking responsibility.

Also, beware as they are not check a trade member but they advertise and make it sounds as the are members. I made a compliant to check a trade and they have sent me a letter today to confirm that they are not members.

Poor, won't recommend. Stay away and save your money

Graphica laid my 220 meter drive with Angular Buff Resin and did a fantastic job, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

They went above and beyond the call of duty and left the job clean and tidy at the end of every day and when I needed a few additional jobs doing they were more than happy to help me, the install team were courteous and extremely hard working.
