If you don't trust, I suggest you to pay with Visa so that if everyting goes wrong you can contact your bank for a Charge Back scheme and you can get your money back.

When I started my side project (Tax Season) I wanted a quick and easy solution for my logo. GraphicSprings fit the bill and allowed me to design a logo that looks amazing. When I was in the process of adding the logo to my WordPress site I reached out to support and they sent me a custom file and walked me through the process within 1 hour of me sending the email! This was all outside of their service offering and they did it just to be helpful.
This was all really exceptional and I would recommend them to anybody!

The next day my fiance requested a change. I made adjustments, saved the logo and to my surprise it was saved as a new object and demanded me to pay again. I read the FAQ on the website and it is clear, you can adjust text and colours but not change the actual logo. We didn't, not exactly. We did change the angle ever so slightly, but the concept remained the same. I emailed Graphic Spring support and politely enquired about the situation and raised the point of paying for the Standard subscription for this exact reason (Edit logo).
Their response was quick, polite and with a code to help me download the adjusted logo without further charge.
I can understand why people are frustrated here with some of the wording in the FAQ. It could be clearer, but then, does anyone read T&C ever? If one does, it's only if there is a problem. If you make vast changes to your original purchase, its only fair you should pay again. If you make small changes and still are required to pay, don't panic! Contact the Support and ask for help. Politely.
Maybe I was lucky. Maybe I got them on a good day. But working in IT industry I know very well that it doesn't matter how good your product or service provided is; if your customer support is crap you won't make it far. Thing is, I had really good experience with Graphic Springs and will use them again for my next project.
