theifs – I contacted a web site about grants they down loaded info which was not worth the time to try. Then they billed my debit card 68.00 I called them and they told me they would refund the money and close the account. Well that did not happen in fact they charged my account again so I called again and got a $#*! from hell. I hung up and called back got a male operator which told me the account was just now closed and they would refund the money in 3 days that was a week ago.
