I purchased a pair of shoes first thing they looked like they had been worn, tried to get a return address to sent back I was told I would have to pay for the return which would cost 20 to 25 dollars that's a few dollars less than what I paid for the shoes. The company does not care about its consumer, do yourself a favor order from someone else

The bags are not as advertised. They are cheaply made, missing parts from the advertisements, inconsistently sewn, and SMELL TERRIBLE! Their return policy is also misleading. They require you to return the package for refund to China which costs $30-$50. Pay that kind of shipping for a $17 bag? They are hoping you won't do it so they can keep your money. Bad product, misleading business.

I'm learning now to ALWAYS check the Better Business Bureau to vet new (to me) e-commerce websites. This site has an "F" rating with the BBB which is REALLLLY bad.

I ordered a bag from them which claimed to be able to hold a laptop and many other items. They sent me a "shipping" notice a few days after the order, but there was no information on it. I got my bag FOUR MONTHS after I ordered it, and when I took it out, there were these nasty brown stains on it (which didn't happen in shipping because the package was fine. The bag was so tiny there was NO WAY that a laptop could ever fit inside. Not that it mattered, the stain rendered it unusable.

I emailed them and asked for a refund for me to return it, and after a few emails back and forth, they only offered me 30% off MAX. So I reported them to Amex and got my money back. DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you buy anything from any site that you don't know and trust.
