Completely unresponsive in Cryptopia recovery process. As in 7 weeks, multiple inquiries with ZERO response.

Worst company ever, they as you to expose all your personal information and add in the terms and conditions that they can sell it to anyone. Worse then the criminals they represent.

Money hungry lawyers who don't care about their clients. Lack of updates for 2 years following Cryptopia crypto exchange exit scam. Most recently, clients are forced to verify their legitimacy by having to state exactly how many coins they held on a specific particular date back years ago. Imagine, I ask you to tell me 2 years ago, on the 18th January, how much was in your bank account to the cent, without any documents available to tell you. If you can't tell me exactly to the cent you get locked out for the potential reimbursing of the fiat and cryptos you had on the Exchange. Also, multiple people have sent in complaints and questions by email, to which for over 2 months now, no one has gotten an answered. Please do not do business with this firm. They will drain your blood, sweat, tears, time, effort and wallet before they even land you a hand for ''help''. Their priority first is getting them as much money as possible off of your miserable lawsuit. Do not do business with them. A first year law student would have done more work and gotten better results than these crooks did in these past 2 years.

Very intransparent behavior in the process of dealing with the liquiditation of the former Cryptopia Exchange. No updates for weeks and months make the process look like a big scam. Maybe it is a scam to sell user's data, who can tell from thst illegit behavior.

2 years with no meaningful progress. Limiting the attempts at unlocking your own account…
When you raise a ticket for trying to restore access, for 2 months no one even looks at it!
On top of that this seems intentional because there obviously is some limited time in which you can try to claim/recover your crypto so if you don't they will take it as "fees" which is not justified as it's not really theirs to begin with and no one allowed this!
Paying for security engineers and IT personnel which is pointless as the exchange is already bankrupt and hacked!
