Ordered a pair of glasses 7 months ago. Never arrived…asked for refund. Never arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

This is a scam business! Dont shop here!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses in May. Though they took my money I haven't received the glasses. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with the company but without any luck. I consider my money lost and will never use this site again.

GranOptic! They are criminals, scammers! And it all happens in Europe! Disgrace!
I propose to file a collective complaint with the police in Madrid!

Ordered frames over 3 months ago…Still waiting…took my money and do not respond to emails…..CON ARTISTS….THIEVES…SCAMMERS…DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!!!! I wouldnt rate them 1 star

Ordered a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses early in December, and the money was immediately withdrawn from my account. Shortly before Christmas I was contacted by GranOptics with a message that this model is no longer in Maui Jim鈥檚 catalogue – hard to believe when it is still on the Maui Jim website and continues to be for sale in GranOptics website. I received an e-mail that my money would be returned 鈥渋n a few days鈥? but have not received my money or heard from the company even after sending several e-mails. I will now procede with filing a police report.

update: After a lot of hassle and after complaining about this company to fraud action and trading standards, and threats to complain further if needs be, about the poor service i was finally issued with an apology and my refund. It sounds as if the company have at the moment bitten off more they can chew and are struggling somewhat to meet order demand and therefore struggling with the amount of complaints they are receiving – this doesn't really excuse the poor service and I wouldn't use them again, but i do appreciate the refund and apology.

A scam/fake website. they ignore all attempts to contact them regarding orders that don't turn up and refunds that should be paid back but aren't. My only regret is not paying via paypal so I could at least raise a claim to get my money back.

I have ordered a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses in their website a long time ago.

No info on the order, still "fabricacion". I tried to contact them via e-mail, and phone to the spanish and UK lines. I also tried to contact them to their shops phone numbers. No reply whatsoever.

Probably a scam or the worst customer service ever.

I would strongly advise you on not ordering from them.
