update: After a lot of hassle and after complaining about this company to fraud action and trading standards, and threats to complain further if needs be, about the poor service i was finally issued with an apology and my refund. It sounds as if the company have at the moment bitten off more they can chew and are struggling somewhat to meet order demand and therefore struggling with the amount of complaints they are receiving – this doesn't really excuse the poor service and I wouldn't use them again, but i do appreciate the refund and apology.
scam website – please avoid using granoptic. I, like many others, have paid for a product that has not turned up. There is no customer service at all, and they are currently not giving me my refund.
