I ordered a pair of prescription glasses on 28th June 2018 (A YEAR AGO) and not received them, or my money back.

I have sent 50+ emails and received just 3 responses. The first was to say my glasses were delayed for a further 2 weeks and I had nothing to worry about, the next was basically the same message and offered an exchange. Then the third.. after I requested a refund, I was told "unfortunately refund can take months" by Maria and I should get an exchange for something "in stock"
I asked why a refund would take months on the 21st November 2018 and NEVER heard anything back after multiple emails, It has now been a year since I bought my glasses, I have sent over 50 emails and they have stolen 149 from me. Do not use this site, I believe any positive review to be fake. This site is a scam and will steal your money as many other reviews have pointed out.

I am taking further action and will post links on how everyone can do the same so you can get your money back.,

Under Article 18(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights clearly states that "Where the trader has failed to fulfil his obligation to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the time limit set out in paragraph 1, the consumer shall call upon him to make the delivery within an additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within that additional period of time, the consumer shall be entitled to terminate the contract."

in circumstances were there seller failed to deliver the goods and the payment was affected by means of credit/debit card, this method of payment used may provide you a certain degree of protection by mean of chargeback scheme. Please be advise that strict time limits apply in order to avail of this scheme (usually between 90 to 120 days from the day of the day of the transaction)

This company is perpetuating a corporate fraud. They do not supply the product. They claim Caixa bank doesn't not allow then to do refunds. We have an account in Spain with this bank and that is rubbish. Do not buy. Mastercard and Visa need to remove their trading licence and Spanish authorities need to close them down. Can't really be clearer. Thanks. Oh and before you ask I have all the emails and the dispute goes back to February 2018. Just kicking myself I didn't read the reviews before I ordered. Matter now with my banks credit card fraud team.

I ordered-frames minus lenses. They took money immediately. The goods didn't arrive, chased via email never a response to any.
I should have been wary when Barclaycard refused to use the card I provided.
I then paid via Amazonpay fortunately for me.
Without the goods I contacted AmazonPay, put in a complaint via Amazon web site & into my account. Completed the online complaint. Within a couple of hours got money back in full. BUT WHAT IS AMAZON DOING GIVING CREDIBILITY TO THIS SITE? Are GranOp fully fledged scammers and shouldnt they be taken out of circulation

This is the worst service ever. I have no glasses and money too. They simply stop replaying to your mails. This moral chreatures will take money and never send you the glasses. DISGUSTING STUFF!!!!!!!
After this I will never ever shop from Spain.

I am disgusted by the service or lack of from this company. I have ordered sunglasses, they took my month straight away and I have heard nothing in over a month. I have emailed them twice and tried to call but to no avail. Avoid at all costs.

If you lost your money ordering sunglasses in Granoptic and you paid using your debit card, please contact your Bank to complain. Provide the Bank any information, documents, printcreen of order, info when the product should be shipped according to the shop, when you ordered, confirmations of your attempts to contact the shop, etc. I think it's the only option to get your money back. I tried to contact them many times, without any response. After complaining in the Bank, I got my money back after about month after complaining. I really appreciate their help.

I ordered sunglasses back in June, they didn't arrive after 4 weeks so emailed and messaged them, no reply. When I then went back into my account to look at my order status it has miraculously disappeared. WHAT A SURPRISE. This is being written 10 weeks after ordering and still no glasses.

Placed order 26 June. Advertised at 拢85, I was charged around 拢95. So that is illegal for a start. They must work out the actual charge based on the current exchange rate, irrespective of what is advertised.
No indication it would take any longer than the three working days they state if item in stock.
After over a week waiting and no news, I tried to contact them: no working contact number; and after four or five emails, no reply.
I used the online chat. Finally a reply. Order cancelled and refund promised within seven working days. It is now eight days and now no-one is even checking the online chat, despite me sending innumerable messages.
This is an AWFUL company. Use Amazon as I have. The item arrived in three days. This company advertises fraudulently, takes your money, doesn't deliver on its promises and virtually refuses to refund you.

As so many others say…SCAM company AVOID….
They take your money then nothing arrives and they don't respond…
Luckily i paid by credit card and they are refunding….

I ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses which had an delivery time of 7-12 week days. However when I hadn't heard anything from GranOptic after 5 days, I contacted them via Customer Chat, took 5 attempts to get a hold of a representative. She informed me that they were having delivery difficulties from some of their main suppliers like Ray Ban. She said if I was in a hurry to get the glasses I could free of charge change my order to a pair of glasses they had in stock. Found a similar pair in Oakley with 24H delivery, ordered them and received them the next day via DHL. I guess if you stick to glasses they have in stock there's no issues.

Worst company Ive ever dealt with, ordered sunglasses in April never received them and no refund to this day, they dont answer the phone and dont reply to emails
