tried a paid 3 day trial to check the site out. Discovered most of the members were fake/bots and decided to cancel the reoccurring charge that would occur after my 3 day trial was up which I did and it even confirmed on the final page that said cancellation had occurred, however at 4:43am this morning(03/02/2019) I was charged for a month, I spoke to customer service and they claimed that I was supposed to call in and finalize it….I'm sorry why do I have to call in when I confirmed on the website that I had cancelled my membership? Also it didn't say I NEEDED to call in it said "For quicker assistance" I "COULD" call the number. It even says in their faq for membership cancellation that I could do it online(which I did) OR by phone. They have so far refused to refund me my money stating all sales are FINAL so I am reporting them as a scam or fraud and seeing about recovering my money.
