Legal actions should be taken againts this site. I purchased two pair of sunglasses from them about 7 months ago for my husband鈥檚 birthday. They were very responsive until they got the money, and I asked for a refund. I sent the sunglasses on the post following what they say on their site and I am stillwaiting for my refund. Totally unacceptable.

Terrible company like many my husband ordered some glasses from these and guess what money was taken out but low and behold the glasses were not in stock.
We have had contact been promised a refund but yet 3 weeks on seen nothing
Do not use this company they take ur money don't deliver your product and will not issue refunds.

Obtain money for non-existing stock, no refund, rude

Avoid this company. Pay attention to the hundreds of negative reviews. I ordered Ralph Lauren sunglasses – payment was processed then told not in stock with a weird non-sensical email. Then told RL have stopped making them (they haven't). Promised refund 4 times by me contacting them. Rude and callous customer service: nonsense emails and joking around. I had to go through my credit card company. Then checked website – Gran Optic are still advertsing the sunglasses and taking orders for them!

This is total scam! AVOID the company! They withdraw your money immediately prior to even having send the item and I have been trying to contact them several times for 3 months now to receive a refund for a pair of sunglasses that I never received in the first place! Such a scam, do not buy anything from them!

I ordered optical frames and since I have not received them during estimate shipping time I contact a company. I have been told after 4 or 5 weeks of waiting that they don't have them in stock and I need to wait for manufacturer to start making them again. I waited for another 2-3 weeks and nothing change so I decided to cancel my order. Now I have been waiting for mt refund 3rd week and I send 2 or 3 email to the company. No respond. Not acceptable! I don't know when or if I get my money back…

So I ordered Ray Ban Chromance RB8319CH at 拢144, Sunglasses hut even at airport is priced at over 拢240. However this company appears to do bulk ordering via Spain so to save the cash you do have to wait. Upon ordering it was quoted as 7-14 working days. It arrived exactly 24 working days (this is obv excluding weekend days and UK easter bank holidays of two days). Slightly frustrating but did get a frequent updates that were helpful from Patricia. In the end the brand new glasses are amazing and I did save alot. Would of been 5 stars if they arrived as stated on email confirmation. But it is not a dodgy company. Everything fine with product and communication. Tracked Free safe Courier postage.

Got my glasses but wanted to change to a different colour. Emailed them directly. No answer on my 6 emails within one week. Unserious company!

No news of my order ( no 405917) after a month. No response to my multiple emails requesting a refund.

Too bad, stay away from this company … no answers form the customer care office, no glasses, more than a month wasted and at the end I just got my order cancelled …. now we'll see how long it will take to get my money back .. if not quickly I will proceed legally ..

DHL has not delivered my item "order #361087" they have returned it back to your company. I would like a refund on my order.
