I've been buying Grandma Lucy's dog food for a good 8 years. I have ordered their dog food through varies vendors depending on price because it is very expensive. I spend on average a good $200 a month so when I emailed them again after about a year from my first complaint about an on going issue with holes in their bags I was told to complain to the vendor that sold their dog food. I refuse to do that because it's not the vendors fault and they shouldn't have to suffer that loss due to faulty packaging on Grandma Lucy's part. I sent them pictures where at the top inner corner folds of the bag where it develops a hole well before it arrives at my house. I got no response back when I emailed them back saying I was not going to bother the vendor because it clearly isn't their fault. How can more than one vendor be guilty of the same issue? Needless to say they just lost a long time customer.
