I bought a wearable double electric breast pump on 4.01.21 with no track and trace, paid with PayPal and arrived today (27.01.21)
They immediately sent me an email of order confirmation and a waiting time of 25 days.
Yesterday, I decided to write an email to the costumer service to check if everything was OK with my order (a bit worried after read the reviews that I wouldn't never receive the item), and despite some trouble to send the email to them, after few attempts I succeeded (something was wrong with order number but they said error network instead of explain the problem).

Bought a part for my PC slightly confused by advert but seller corrected problem quickly in the form of refund.

After unsuccessful attempts trying to connect with Grandado customer service (which doesn't appear to exit) I finally got a reply from 'Lia' through Trustpilot!! Lia if you see this message, you promised to contact me via my email associated to the order number GRAN-GBR-37027 but this still hasn't happened (and yes, I've checked my junk mail)! I would have thought you would make every effort to connect straight away but maybe your response on Trustpilot does not represent your true intention? If you want to put good what has to date been a very poor experience, then please, do what you say you will do … email me with an email address that I can respond to and send me the tracking details attached to the order. Otherwise, I will put my complaint in the hands of my credit card company and you can deal with them. Thank you, Deborah

GRAN-GBR-28171 was ordered 31st dec and has been at export hub for over a week it arrived there on the 16th jan, can you tell me how long i have to wait

Ordered in early January but no parcel. Customer contact doesn鈥檛 work on website … it mentions a mediapress Ltd Which according to company searches in inactive since 2018 !!! Will be contacting th Frau do team about this !!!

This dodgy business has taken over 45 days and a paypal dispute to finally make contact.
I believed I was buying from an Australian website that google found for me at grandado.com.au

After paying I received no confirmation email. When I enquired I received a response in dutch that basically said nothing. Once paypal got involved, it turned out that it is some company in China. Still no item has arrived even though the tracking number says it has been flying out of China since January 5th 2021. So far this has to be the longest flight on world aviation history.

This has been a terrible customer experience with Google and Grandado so my advice is,
1. Don't use google to search for items as they link you to dodgy businesses and the wrong product.
2. Definitely don't buy from Grandado

I put in an order at the end of November 2020 and I still haven't received anything. Grandado aren't responding with anything helpful or any explanation. I will never recommend now buy off them again. Any ideas how to claim the money back? Not happy at all. 馃槫

The quality is very nice and came in expected but next time pay for teach than it comes in earlier. But the hat is very good and shipment came in just fine. Would recommend

I ordered a pair of oven gloves as described on Grandado product page and the order confirmation but only one glove arrived. I tried to send a complaint but there is a repeated error on the customer service form which refuses to send – and the main address is a no reply email. Grandado you are not even worth one star if you cannot be contacted when there is an error. Please send me the second glove which I have paid for!

Instead of 10 pots with diameter 11cm I received one pot with diameter 8cm… Clearly not what I ordered. I raised a complaint, but no response until now.

Paid – no goods received – not processed even after paying track and trace.
Emails sent and ignored. Raised a complaint with PAYPAL to attempt to get a refund.
Total scammers!

I wish I could give this 0 stars, do not use this website. I ordered from them 38 days ago and the money was taken out of my account, the package has not arrived, you cannot email them to complain as the emails just bounce back and the complaints page doesn't load. they are garbage

Terrible service – no tracking code sent and no functioning customer service contact form

I placed an order 20326 on the 19th December and was told that I would receive a shipping number within 2 working days in my inbox as I had paid for track and trace Reading all the reviews it doesn鈥檛 look like this product will be delivered. This is a birthday present and I would request an immediate refund so that I can purchase elsewhere. Very disappointed

My Son ordered a Thor Hammer with the birthday money he received. He was so excited and counting down the days since. However nothing arrived and when we tried to make an enquiry there is no way to get in touch and the form provided always results in an error. This is not a good website to use but i will re-review if they respond and let us know if it will arrive or they will offer a refund.

Alert!!!..Do not use this company for any purchase. I have placed an order with them 11 days ago and I have not had any response from them after several emails asking where is my order…they take your money and run…Stay well away from Grandado!

Products were broken, half not delivered. After waiting for 50 days customer service was rude and asked to wait another 30 days, declined to pay back my money or compensate me in another way.. Still waiting for them to contact me again.

I placed an order with grandado with Track and trace and said I will Get an email in 2 days with my tracking number and I鈥檓 still waiting I have tried contacting them it let me sent an email the first time and they replied saying I will get it in the nexts few days and I鈥檓 still waiting for it and I have tried contacting them again and now it won鈥檛 let me sent an email to them asking what鈥檚 going on with my order it鈥檚 stressing me out

Order was broken with delivery, so I contact the servicedesk. Within 24hours everything arranged perfect and new order free of charges or fee鈥檚 is on the way.
