the customer service is so poor that they don't value the clients, we made a booking, our flight got cancelled due to the virus spread and when we contacted the hotel, first they refused and asked for proof, and we sent it, they finally accepted that we change the dates and not a refund, it was okay but then sent a deadline email, that we have 24h for send the new date, in this hard times even the most complex companies make exceptions, and issue refunds or give you sometime to be sure about what you will do, how do we know the new date if people are getting sick day after day, anyway avoid and always use booking website, sometime only one person make a whole brand useless, from now i will never stay in a grand hotel or a JJw branded hotel.
