Ordered two jerseys in early April. A few updates on shipping in April. Last update occurred on May 7th. Reached out to GranCycle customer service in mid-May and was told shipping would be updated within 2 business days. That didn't happen. Upon follow-up, customer service said that I need to be patient because of Covid. Waited several more weeks and was told my package was lost in transit. I was offered a store credit and was told to order quickly as they were closing soon. I asked for my credit card to be credited and they disappeared.

Bought a cycling jersey online. Their website was easy to use and pay. The problem is that there is no phone # for you to reach out to them. Contacted their customer contact session several times and answers are simply "we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit". They provided a USPS code and I went to the Post office but number cannot be verified by USPS. This is a SCAM and I learnt about this site through Instagram! Be aware!
