Terrible service. Paid for the first month in February of 2020. Worked fine for a few days. Then my IG accounts were blocked. So I canceled. And they were super nice to cancel. Then comes March 2020. And I鈥檓 charged. So I email them and they say the account is going to be scheduled for deletion. Then April 2020. Again. Same thing. Charged again. Emailed them and they say sorry. It was a mistake. And it will be completed within 24 hrs. Nope. May 2020 charged again and now I have to deal with it

I paid to get the auto comment feature. it worked for a day and then it was blocked. i waited 2 weeks and then i contacted support and they said its because of the proxy and that they would give me a new one. i waited 6h and then they entirely stopped responding. lol. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND DEFUNCT SERVICE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not waste your time and money.

Added my account and within 6 minutes my account had been hacked from Kazan, Russia. Terrible security issues.

No really service. Noting work and support not have any ideas for fix it. I think this is only a way for make money without do any work. Please don't buy it or you only lost your money

This is the most Bad Service i have ever had. Because of using this service my instagram account was deleted BY INSTAGRAM. They Told me that because gramto Service its Violates community guidelines. If you treasure your account DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. I even contacted with gramto for a refund and its been already 2 week and no news and the ignore me.

After 4 months of deactivating the account, the card keeps getting charged. Contacted them 3 times in the past 4 months, basically every time they charge the card.
Their response continues to be the same, I am taking this up a notch with a report to the card issuer, and possibly legal action if this is adviced by attorneys. The amount is small but out of principle this is money grabbing and a breach of trust when you provide your card to a registered vendor, I expect all of this to be considered when quantifying damages and serve as a reminder to the company of their duty of care.

They have charged me for 3 months without me knowing. I have deactivated auto-renewal but they still renewed my subscription. After contacting the support I was told that they would look into it right away but nothing happened.

Don't trust them. Worst experience ever.

Terrible. I've been trying to set up the Auto Like function but no luck. Their documentation is out of date, including written instructions as well as screenshots, so it doesn't help. They recommend using a private proxy if I reside outside of the location where their servers are, but no documentation as to where their servers are. There's misspellings ("recieve" and your vs. you're) everywhere. Totally agree with other reviews here that this a scam not run by actual people who care about their product.

Awfull tool… DM autofollow didn't work for 21 days over a month… Don't waste your money !

I paid for automation – the product didn't work for over a week.

Tried to speak to support they never reply and when they do reply with short irrelevant questions then also accuse me that my account is not renewed. I assured them I paid and my account was active for another month they then wanted screenshots to prove. Instead of checking on their side.

They take forever to respond to support questions as well. One conversation has taken 4 days and still a square one. Hopeless.

Overall experience of this platform was terrible and customer service was terrible. Go else where

bad service and it does not do what it says when you pay it stops working this app it is a scam and it will ruin your account trust me

I purchased a 1 year subscription and the platform hasn't worked since I bought it. I have tried troubleshooting with their team. Their "team" is just a bunch of bots that put you into an infinite loop of frustration. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
