Update:
So after writing this review, Wes contacted me. He said that Instagram had changed its policies and his team were nearly ready to relaunch their new software.
After rescheduling our call twice, he disappeared and no longer responded to my emails. I have now cancelled my subscription and alerted my credit card company to freeze the charge.

TLDR: Didn't even attempt to login to my account, charged me for two months, refused to issue refund. Response time slow if at all.
I have previously used FanBump which I got good results with. Given that they are no longer opening new accounts I gave this a go. It's not so much that they did a bad service, more that there was no service at all.
Despite providing all my information, it took them a few days to login. When they did, it triggered a warning on my IG account so I changed the password. I emailed them a few days later and Wes responded saying that this was normal. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, sent them my updated login details, and waited. However, for the rest of the month, despite several emails to GramthGrow, there was not a single attempted login. I sent an email to them always a week ago explaining this but there has been no reply.
In addition, despite me telling them I wanted to cancel, they charged me for a second month! Despite having a refund clause on their website, they are not honouring that. So I have now paid 2 months for 0 service.
The email communication was slow, admittedly in part because of time zone differences and them not working on the weekends. It does concern me that the only person responding (belatedly) to emails is the founder, Wes. Does he not have staff to do that for him?

The owner, Wes, kept promising me they'd hook up my account at a certain time but then it would come and go and he'd send another time. Wes was very short and condescending in his communication, and when I clarified the timing because of the issues we had, he told me to "let him concentrate on making good campaigns and not answering questions already on their website". I found that incredibly rude, but I thought, maybe he's having an off week, and maybe his service is still redeemable.
After his initial warm-up period came and went and I lost followers and engagement dropped to almost nothing, I reached back out and he then said it was my content. I've been with other services and have never seen my visibility drop this low, and I got much more engagement on content that was far worse than what I've shared recently.
Update: The information Wes took the time to add to as a comment to my review is 1,000 times more information than I received the entire 2 weeks after I signed up. I can provide screenshots of our conversations and timed time stamped emails confirming everything, but I don鈥檛 want to go there.
I鈥檓 not here to fight. I鈥檓 not here to have my proprietary information shared with strangers (something this company shockingly has no problem doing). I鈥檓 simply here to review Instagram services in accordance with their promises, for other people in search of the same services. I suppose the response shows you everything you need to know about the professionalism of this company.
I also encourage TrustPilot to keep this honest review up. I can supply screenshots and receipts to support the statements in my review. Within 24 hours of posting, the owner disputed this post, even though it does not violate Trust Pilot's terms of service.
Now I know why this company has such high ratings. It disputes the negative ones and gets them hidden. Buyer Beware.
UPDATE: Now 1 month after cancelling, they continue to charge me. I've had to dispute 2 charges now with my credit card.

Since hiring him, he has made a significant improvement on my social media accounts. He takes his time and does his research while developing a strategic plan that aligns with organic engagement so that the traffic that is driven to my page is authentic. Thank you for making this initially overwhelming process a seamless, invigorating and successful journey.

The service was also great since the people behind the strategy where constantly communicating with me and making sure my every need was met (instagram-wise). Delivered reports whenever i requested them, engaging in calls with me in order to work out any questions i might have, etc.
It's really an amazing service, delivering on what's promised and going even further.

At first when i found out about GramthGrow I was a bit sceptic as I have tried many services before but non of them really work.
In a first month i have gained around 1500 followers which is really incredible I have never gained so many followers in such a short period of time, Definitely will recommend GramthGrow to everybody who wants to build they Instagram page,
