Denmark but in china (they will deny this, but their engineers who have been by me numerous times revealed it to me) so the reality is that their freezer quality is rubbish and no where near to what it was years ago!
even their customer service is a disgrace, they do not respond to your question or even not respond at all.

Be aware: Gram freezers are not made to freeze unfrozen stuff, but rather just to keep frozen stuff frozen!!!
does that make sense? well…
no one told me this when i bought it, and so will no retailer advise you when asking about a Gram freeze, as they are not aware of this but thats the facts i got in writing from Gram!

i have another 12 year old freezer from Beko which freezes quicker and stronger and i have never had a problem with it compared to this gram that has given me problems since day one and not finished yet!
dont spend three times the price of a Beko for a less reliable machine!
