MD of this company smashed is Range Rover door into my car on a cross channel ferry, he didn't give a jot about. On close inspection I had a crease in my car door and a large chip of paint missing. Insurance is chasing it but he is denying all knowledge, says that paperwork hasn't turned up and also that my car was facing the opposite direction so it couldn't have been him. If that is the mindset of this company can you trust them when you need some customer service is an issue resolved?
