I purchased a pair of Yeezys that grailed claimed they authenticated. I tried to resell them on their site and they told me they were fake. Seriously? How ridiculous.

I purchase a pair of sneakers on this app with all this promise of money back guaranteed. They even advised me that the buyer was a fraud. Instead of them handling the case they send you to PayPal for a refund. I advise anybody selling or buying to NOT USE THIS SITE. They need to be exploit for how bad they are to paying customers.

Do not sell on this site… it's a well rounded SCAM

I ordered a pair of corduroy pants for my son who communicated with the seller on length. The pants were way too short when they arrived so I gave a brief review regarding this fact and moved on. The seller contacted and asked me why I didn't give him all his stars in review. I explained why. He told me he was hurt. Few weeks later, Adam, from the Grailed team emailed me saying I was dishonest and inaccurate in my rating and decided to rate seller himself I guess and back to a perfect review. Interesting since he was not part of our original purchase or the communication afterwards when we discovered the pants were so short. This website should not be allowed to delete reviews of buyers. It is VERY misleading to the public who might choose to purchase from a particular seller based on the reviews of actual buyers. The shipment was timely, but the description and communication from seller and therefore the product was not as described, unless you want to wear capri corduroys (which no 16 year old boy does). I will never purchase another item from Grailed due the Grailed team, Adam, in particular, removing my personal review of my experience with their seller.

Be aware a lot scammers are involved in that corporation I got scammed in 2018 and lost my $5,000USD worth LV X supreme hoodie. And again now 12-10-2020 I got scammed and lost my $1,585US LV x supreme Te-shirt.

Purchased a necklace from grailed. Seller was extremely sketchy and I saw pictures and videos online after making my purchase that made me believe the necklace was fake. I did some heavy research and found extreme amounts of evidence that the necklace I purchased was a fake. Emailed customer service and they have ignored my desperate pleas for any sort of update or support. I regret not doing more research before hand, but I definitely feel scammed by grailed, as they do NOT stand by their customers. Please, if it happened to me, it could most definitely happen to anyone. Spend your money wisely and do not take that risk of purchasing from a reseller such as grailed.

Was charged extra currency conversion fee. When contacted support they explained a way to make USD as primary currency on PayPal to avoid fees and refused refund. Making customers pay for a confusing out of app idiosyncrasy is unfair and terrible UX. Will never use again. Also don't $#*!ing jump on the back of BLM at THE BOTTOM of your email

Ordered shoes, paid $250 for shoes. Seller took my money, didn't send shoes. Grained wouldn't refund money. Robbery.

I ordered a Anti Soical Social Club sweatshirt from the Grailed site for $131.00. The item was packed in a plastic bag making it hard to authenticate this sweatshirt. Once I got it and opened it up, it was clear it was fake. I contacted the company and let them know and included pictures. I got an email saying yes they did agree it was NOT authentic and then told me I had to go through Paypal to dispute the claim. The purchase did not go through Paypal it was from Grailed. They are a company that sells fakes and then uses a complicated system of hiding the purchase. I have a screen shot of the sale and it is clear it came through Grailed. I have the item and all the emails as backup for my case. I have not heard back from Grailed after over 5 to 6 emails. I have filed a case with the Better Business Bureau. It is upsetting that there are companies like this who take advantage of people, who are just trying to buy something they are happy to buy.

Do not buy anything from this scam website. Their customer service doesn't exists. The sellers are rude scammers hawking fake knockoffs. There is no buyer protection. Grailed purposely withholds information during the sell that prevents you from contacting them with an issue and there is no way to call. Despicable website for crooks to sell fake junk.

My account got blocked after my item got rejected said it's inauthentic yet it's authentic 100% been authenticated twice. No appeal gotten any replies. Not even a request to delete my account was noticed. Please give me any solution regarding this miss understanding

My package was sent off by a shipping agent and it got delivered to my buyers house but it didn鈥檛 say it was delivered so they asked to show proof which I did and they ended up releasing the funds for me.

A few days ago I decided to use the site to sell my Adidas x Calabasas pants. After posting, my account was blocked. The site administration told me that my account was blocked due to fraudulent activity. I have never had any other accounts and this was my first experience with this marketplace. I found community grailed on a social network and found many similar problems. All new merchants receive account blocking and the administration says that they are scammers. Tell me what you need to do to sell a product on your site?

Ordered and paid price listed and pay pal refunded instantly. Guy said I didn't pay price listed. Then he changed his story that he was in Hawaii and had to pay more to ship. Then he said he was 17 and couldn't use pay pal. Don't waste your time.

After having received an inauthentic item the grailed team was especially supportive and helped me through the entire refund process.

Bought a lock necklace that promised a key in the description. Seller told me after I received the item that there was never a key. I politely ask for a swap, he tries to squeeze more money out of me. This goes on for days. I almost just paid the money but then I was like "why am I paying for his mistake?" I ask for a refund/return and he finally offers the swap instead but I'm done. I'm upset I even have to deal with this and I don't want to go through it again with a swap. I complain to the website about him. I also write a review. Turns out he also works there (!!) and deletes my honest review. No one has answered my customer complaints either. Then the seller replaces it with his own 5 star review through my account!!! I would never give 5 stars for this experience so why is it on my account & its unchangeable? Unethical. Can't make this up. I just want to warn other people. Avoid this site.

They were quick to offer a refund after the seller claimed he had a higher offer and wanted to cancel the order after I had already made payment.

My account was recently frozen for posting two inauthentic Off-White hoodies. I had no idea they were inauthentic I tried to explain this to Grailed but they didn鈥檛 seem to care that I made a mistake. I have over 140 transactions and a 4.9/5 stars on 56 reviews. The only negative review I had is because I accidentally sent someone the wrong size once. Am I really banned forever because I made a mistake?!! I guess I will have to move over to eBay and Depop if this doesn鈥檛 get sorted.

Unorganized and super inconvenient, it's impossible for you to sign out or successfully delete an account. It took me maybe an hour just to find out how to sign out of my account because I accidentally signed into the wrong one, I just wanted to check the tracking on a package.

"Money back guarantee" is a lie. I paid hundreds for an item which was not delivered in 3 months, the seller never responded to any messages and Grailed said the best I can do is try to reach the seller or the shipping service
