No Puppy

Contacted this person about a puppy- sent by Zelle on August 8th to [email聽protected] $375.00 – would give him balance when I pick up puppy from Airport on August 12 ,2019 – texted me on 08-12-2019 getting puppy ready to transport & paperwork was all done – got an email from transport they needed an insurance policy ASAP to be payed – they grounded puppy until it was paid – some one called me 15 to 20 minutes after email – stating they needed $1100.00 for direct deposit into their account- and they would refund us our insurance money back to us – when they delivered the puppy- and it would be refunded by check or cash – this made no sense to my husband & I – I handed the phone to my husband because it made no sense- the so called transport person threatened him – that if we didn鈥檛 pay this insurance & puppy was left at airport in a crate – he was going to report us for animal cruelty – this made no sense – it wasn鈥檛 even our dog yet – I texted Graham Armando about this problem- he said he could get a little money up – but we would have to come up with more money – I said NO – you pick puppy up – the only money you will get is The balance if we get the puppy & transport fee which you quoted as $94.00 – he said you need to pay the Ins – I said NO – send me my deposit of $375.00 back to me – he texted he would ASAP – didn鈥檛 hear from him all afternoon- so I texted last night – finally answered me around 10:00 pm my time – said he has a 30 day 100 percent refund policy- I said you told me ASAP for my deposit- And he hired a a dishonest transport company- I have all the multi emails from him & his transport person – I really thick they are the same con people – so no puppy and no deposit
