My map was damaged when I received it. I was asked to send pictures which I did immediately, but I still have not received any indication that I will receive a replacement.

If I could give less than a one star review, I would…I relied on a recommendation from CNN Underscored, and got SCREWED!!!! No way to reach them, much disappointment on Christmas, etc., etc….and CNN couldn't care less. In a year in which so much trust has been lost, I am probably more angry with CNN than I am with this horrible company. If you see this review before you buy, STAY AWAY!!!

Never received a shipping #, have emailed them numerous times asking for one and each time they would respond saying it's coming soon. It never came and I don't need the poster as a birthday gift anymore. I emailed them multiple times asking to cancel my order and have yet to receive a response. They've already charged me too. As the other reviews say: don't order from here lol you're just wasting your time and money. It'd be cheaper and easier to create your own map on photoshop, you can find tutorials on youtube showing you how to do it.

Ordered and no shipping within 5-7 days. No response from customer service, so I canceled. Received a message back that my card will be refunded and still has not occurred. I would not order from this company. Will be contacting my credit card company.

Update: After several emails, they refunded my credit card.

Do not order from this site. Increasingly believe it is a scam. I have queried a missing order (placed in early Nov 2020 for 6 Christmas presents) and have been given an absolute dance around by the company. I've sent order numbers, the so-called updated UPS tracking numbers, and they are responding they have no record of my payment or order. Interestingly, the FB page is listed as Riga, Latvia. Shipping – when I COULD see anything – was in Germany, but customer services responses are from the US. Do not trust this site. And Grafomap customer service – if you are reading this, you have effectively defrauded me of over AUD$300 and I am still awaiting a refund.

Took 2 weeks for them to ship it. Now a month later it still hasn't got here and hasn't moved out of South Carolina for 15 days. I live in Western Canada so 2 months looks like an optimistic shipping time. So much for a nice Christmas gift. Wouldn't reccomend the hastle. There are plenty of other companies who do the same thing and I'm sure are far better.

Significant difference between what is advertised and depicted in the site versus what you receive by mail. The framing of the picture is decent.

Some examples of differences:
1. Actual image is grainy and pixelated when printed
2. Icons (eg. The heart) are MUCH larger than what appear on the site

The price relative to the quality of the product is mismatched. I would not purchase another one

I never received a confirmation email after I made my order, and their "subject a request" on the website does not work. It really feels like this website is a scam….

In creating a very personal canvas map, I made every rookie mistake imaginable. Throughout the process, customer service was there to hold my hand and help me overcome every challenge. I actually came to look forward to my daily messages from Corco. Grafomap in truth goes well beyond the norm to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Kudos to them!

I love my metal poster! It is so light weight, thin and well made. I really love that it comes with protective tabs so your wall doesn鈥檛 get scratched. It was nice to have different options of my city and any other I wanted to choose from. Highly recommend it.
