I ordered 3 prints, decided the other 2 weren't right, so sent them back..Kept the one for 拢4.80. I then get an invoice from their payment company (when you order, you can choose to pay later and be invoiced from a company called Klarna), for 拢27, so I queried this, to be told that it was incorrect and another invoice would be sent. I received the next one saying I owed 拢13.76… again I queried this as my poster was only 拢4.80 and the shipping fee back would be 拢3.99, so I only should be paying 拢8.77.
I get another email saying it it correct, and not only are you paying 拢3.99 for posting it back, but an extra 拢3.99 for shipping?!! So you will be paying on any returns just under 拢8.00 for sending them back – mine were small, A4 size sent back in the same tube it came in.
I think they are a total rip off and it's disgusting you are charged 拢8.00 for sending paper back, so I will never use them again as you will not always like the prints when you get them, but that is where they get you!
Awful greedy company.
