I have to say graduation world has great customer service. I had ordered a full size by mistake. And instead of just shipping what I ordered the rep called to confirm with me that that is what I truly wanted. I appreciate that so much. And I received my order a couple of days later. And the material is exactly what I expected.

Item arrived with an additional bill of $35 for brokerage, customs, and duty. Shipping was included in purchase price. Should have referenced additional charges prior to check-out

Best customer experience I've had in a long time! I literally couldn't sing their praises enough. I spoke to a female right after I first placed an order to make sure it would come in time and she assured me it would and it did cause she made sure it went out that same day. When the order came it was the wrong size so I spoke to a gentleman who stayed on the phone with me, checked their inventory, and when we discovered they didn't bre brainstormed with me to find a solution. When we hung up I had a plan! They were all great!

Due to COVID-19 the warehouse that produces the caps and gowns for the school district shut down. We weren鈥檛 notified until the week before my niece鈥檚 graduation that her gown wouldn鈥檛 come on time. I ordered the cap and gown & not only did it come on time it was a great quality. I鈥檓 so glad I found this company they saved the day. When my niece finally received her cap and gown from the school district it wasn鈥檛 even the right color.

I unfortunately cannot give proper a rating for the product as I have not received it. It was due to be delivered on June 5th and for whatever reason UPS still has it in their possession. After more than a week of calling, I was finally given the ok to pick up the item tomorrow, today. My daughter has already graduated which was the purpose of the cap and gown since the school did not provide them with all that's going on so that's disappointing. What I can say is Graduation World shipped my order within 24 hours and when I called to ask questions before I placed my order, the customer service was excellent. Hopefully when I pick up my item tomorrow its was worth the wait and make good for my daughters photoshoot.

Ordered a cap and gown because my daughters High School鈥檚 Graduation was post pinned until August. A fellow Mom directed me to this website because she ordered and received hers in quick. I am a frustrated Mother from this COVID-19 epidemic but being able to order and receive this cap and gown in days was a sign of relief…I have since forwarded your information to other parents in Vegas and Cali. 馃挋馃懇馃徎鈥嶐煄?
