Online hack

Received a pop-up on my home laptop from blk21.com that said to call 877-758-6755 to remedy my computer. Also mentioned that my passwords to my commonly used websites could be compromised if not taken care of immediately. Called the phone number since I was unable to do anything on my computer. Talked with Chris Moriss who walked through my computer to show me that illegal users were using my computer and that programs were currently stopped. He suggested Norton or Gradient Systems to help with the security of the computer and when he pointed out how expensive Norton was, he made Gradient Systems sound like a much better deal – $600 for a lifetime of coverage. To get the tech help, he was setting me up with Gradient Systems since I couldn't do anything on the internet myself through my computer. When my bank information didn't go through he said that they'll have FEDEX come pick up a check from me today. I was transferred over to a guy who worked for Gradient Systems and he removed the malware from my computer and told me it needed to be restarted when he was done. Nothing on my computer seems to be missing or hacked into. I think they just wanted bank account information to steal money.
