After a long time, several months, I did recieve a refund. The whole ordeal was stressful and although I am glad to get the money back for the dresses they did not send, I can not recommend this company. I have learned to do some research before ordering and if the deal is too good to believe then there will always be a problem. Live and learn.

The size chart is copied & pasted, because their sizes are off. And I mean really off. I got a small sweater that was way to small and a medium dress that look link a extra L! I should have read reviews before checking out their website from Instagram. Huge mistake. Also as I鈥檓 attempting to return the items, I have to pay for shipping cost and they don鈥檛 offer to print a label. I鈥檓 instructed to just send it back to the address. How insane. I can only imagine them claiming they never got it! Then I would have to prove the shipping & tracking. All over $. So I鈥檒l take my lost but I鈥檓 warning you to be very cautious with this site.

Ordered 260.00 worth of clothing from this company , only 4 items arrived and they were NOTHING LIKE what i saw in the photos posted online.. Simple garbage , fabric, colours, sizing was ridiculously off , way too large.
Still waiting for other items that i have never received.

AND THEN TODAY (JUNE 26TH) THEY TOLD ME (AFTER AN EMAIL I SENT THEM TO ASK ABOUT MY ORDER) THAT MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED ON JUNE 22, 2019!!
25 DAYS LATER!!!!!! I NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED THAT BEFORE. AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS IS NORMAL SINCE THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! IT IS DESPATCHED 25 DAYS LATER! NOTHING TO DO WITH SHIPPING!!
UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE!
I SWEAR IF THEY SAID, SORRY IT'S BEEN A MISTAKE AND WE DELATED YOUR ORDER SOMEHOW, I DON'T EVEN CARE WHY, I WOULD SAY OK, WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. LET'S FIND A SOLUTION. BUT NOW, TELLING ME THAT IT IS NORMAL TO SENT THE ITEM 25 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER, BECAUSE OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, I BELIEVE THEY ARE MESSING WITH ME, AND SO I WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM, AND I REQUEST A FULL REFUND. I EVEN PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR A FAST SHIPPING! DO YOU BELIEVE THOSE PEOPLE??
THEY ARE LIKE I DON'T EVEN CARE. I WILL DO WHATEVER I WANT AND WHATEVER SUITS ME AND YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I ORDERED A SUMMER ITEM AND I WILL EVEN BE BACK FROM MY SUMMER HOLIDAYS WHEN THIS ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED. I WILL NOT BE NEEDING IT TILL NEXT SUMMER! SO THEY CAN SEND IT NEXT YEAR. IT'S THE SAME THING FOR ME.

The beautiful dress advertised is NOTHING like the cheap [email protected] they sent. Totally unwearable. A Chinese scam ripping us all off. If you are a ripped off customer, please complain everywhere you can.

I would never order from this company again It is made to look like a North American company but in the end you pay in yen The item I ordered was to be linen/cotton and was polyester at bestThe colour described was not the colour delivered and all in all It cost me money and disappointment for this lesson

The worst customer service I have ever seen, never receive my command. Still have to wait to have my refund.

NEVER buy from Gracyjoy/Mylalisa. Their sizing is way off, it runs much smaller than expected. But, the bigger issue is that they don't honor their refund policy. It is difficult if not impossible to get your money back even when you do what they ask of you. I'm glad I paid through PayPal, hopefully I will get satisfaction with their help, but this is a company no one should do business with!
