I have placed a total of 3 orders over the last 6 months
Of the 3 orders 2 were incorrect, that is we received the wrong goods (charms).
The first time this happened they replaced the incorrect charm quickly without having to return the incorrect one.
The second time, which is the reason for my review, I have been told that I need to return the charm, pay for the postage and then send proof of posting and then they will send the correct charm out!!
So effectively, they make a mistake, and now I have to buy a padded envelope and go to a post office, during work, pay for the postage for the parcel. Then take an image of the postage and email them the details. Wait for them to receive the parcel and hope it doesn't get lost or delayed in the post. Then either reorder or hope they will send out the correct charm!!
(3rd time lucky maybe?)
The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and empathetic, she explained she had spoken to a director who had said I need to return the charm and send proof of posting before we get the correct charm. This was for a birthday for a friend so thats not going to happen.
Really friendly lady I spoke to on the phone but the director, in my mind is not looking for repeat business or even bothered about reputation.
Bad service i.e. ordering, receiving and returning all amateurish. I thing Grace and co should forget mail order and stick to face to face customers.
Dont order online unless you like luck dip charms!!
